If you have a big luggage, definitely take the taxi. I took the train from the airport, and it was I think at least 2 or 3 transfers. I got off at Zhushikou station and then I had to walk about 15mins to the hotel. It was a nice walk though since I only had a backpack that weighed less than 5 kgs.
