Stayed 4 nights from 12 to 16 of November. Very good location, close to temple of heaven and not too far from Tian'anmen Square. Walking distance from Subway lines. Taxis are available after a short walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Very helpful, English speaking reception desk, special shout out to Laurel, who has been exceptionally nice. Forgot the room category we picked...

Really enjoyed my stay here. The beds are soft, the shower has amazing pressure, the downstairs bar has a great selection of beers and the breakfasts are worth waking up for. The staff helped us everyday and our trip to the Great Wall was incredible. Only downside was the first night we were there our room was unavailable and we...

Stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed family room. Located 5 minutes walk away from Temple of Heaven. Tiananmen is about 10-12 minutes away by bus. The nearest Metro station (Zhushikou) is a bit far away - we having a young kid - needed a taxi to commute from there but I guess it will be a 15-20 minute walk....

We had a familyroom (2x1 bed + 1 large bed). The single beds were very hard. Room is big enough but outdated (old curtains and wallpaper). Shower in the bath and the floor gets wet during shower. Location is ok: 15 min to metro (7): close to the Temple of Heaven: about 30 min walk to the Tian'an Men square....

was expecting much more having looked at the reviews. The 'American Breakfast' was a poor attempt at a cooked breakfast and the fried eggs were broken and dry. Food in the evening was good - the Burger excellent. Had to work very hard to find a setting on the shower where it was a reasonable temperature. Wouldn't go back.

This hotel is not located in the main street, but very close to it. Good thing is that you will not experience much noise. Temple of Heaven is 5-10 minutes walk. The closest metro station is not that close, needs around 15 minutes walk to get there. We arrived at midnight, there is staff who's in charge but can not...

PROS: -The location of the hotel was not bad, close to the Temple of Heaven (the closest entrance is the north gate), although it is a little bit far away from the metro station, around 15 min walking. There is a hutong area between the hotel and the metro station and also a pedestrian street with supermarkets and fruit shops....
