I'm not sure why I'm reviewing this hotel in English. This is really a Chinese business hotel and I doubt too many westerners stay here. It's not a bad hotel at all, 3 star and competent enough. But it's location is a bit out of the way for the regular tourist visitor. The hotel was built for the 2008 Olympics... More

Staff were very kind to let visitors in, the best part was the breakfast buffet, cover western style to Chinese style, will back for the food, thought was included when booked hotel has to pay. Slept very well.

The hotel was recommended by our business partner in Beijing. The main reason is closed to his location and it was recently re-innovated. The rate was not cheap at all and breakfast was not included. The door of the wardrobe was broken. The hotel room was supposed to be non-smoking but there was a very strong cigarette smell when we... More

We went to Beijing for a congress in May 2015 and we decided to choose this hotel because of the relation price/quality.It was OK and the best thing about this hotel is that is located pretty close to the Olympic area (15 min by taxi) and to a metro station (15 min walking). The rest must be improved if they... More

We were booked in this hotel by the organization of our congress. When looking up the hotel in tripadvisor, we expected a rather bad experience. But the hotel was totally OK, the room maybe a little dark, but everthing we needed was there. In the staff only few people spoke English, but they always tried their best. There were two... More

This hotel is advertised as a 4* international business hotel. There is nothing international about it. Nothing business either. In ten days I had only once someone who barely spoke English at the reception. Air conditioning is stopped centrally at midnight while outside is 35°C, internet is a joke almost never working, very poor light in the room which makes... More

No great location, no English speaking or polite staff, no clean rooms, no decent breakfast, no service attitude, no taxi can be found, no non-smoking rooms, and the list goes on…. The only thing you can find are the "friendly" phone calls at 10pm of girls who offer massages… No, thank you!

I stayed at this hotel one night in November 2013. I was supposed to stay there for 4 nights however I decided to check out of the hotel immediately next day. I arrived at the hotel at 1 AM, staff was unpleasant and rude. They didn’t even say hello, just asked for my passport. They couldn’t find my reservation for... More

Unfortunately, this hotel was really bad. The food gave me food poisoning, the rooms are run-down, the internet cable in my room worked one day but was somehow ripped out of the wall and not fixed the next day, it took me 30 minutes to check out because the receptionist kept taking other customers while she was supposed to be...
