This hotel is a bit far from downtown and most tourist sites of Beijing. If you are here for business with Government officials then this hotel is conveniently located. The front desk staff understand some English and would be able to assist you with checkin and basic request. The rooms were clean however there had a faint of cigarette smoke....

Loved how they tried to accommodate 2 American Women...but limited English often caused lots of confusion. Still, I would stay there again. The hotel was clean, in a non-congested area (relatively for Beijing) and convenient to the subway to get just about anywhere. There are a couple of great malls nearby-options for groceries, restaurants and more.

You must speak Chinese in this hotel. I was so lucky to have Danny the assistant manager. He spoke some English. I used We chat. It is not in an area with any western restaurant. You can not read the sign there all in Chinese. The hotel menus are in English. Love the hotel! The staff was great. The Concierge...

The rooms were booked for us by our local hosts. 1 room was ok, the second wasn't. If it hadn't been for our hosts assistant that came with us to the hotel, I don't know how it would have been sorted out. The hotel is convenient to the location we were visiting for business, but otherwise, it was not close...

The room was very nice ans spacious. However, the buffet was poor, over crowded and slow to replenish. In addition, very few staff spoke English which was problematic for an "International" hotel. The room cleaning staff were very friendly.

What I understood is that all 3 towers have different standards. One of them has a VIP service, another one has a 3star facility and the middle one has a 4* facility. I stayed in the middle 4 star facility. Air conditioning was very bad. Hardly any staff know enough English. Late night food not available and whatever they gave...

I stayed at Yulong International Hotel in Beijing for 7 nights in early August. This was a business trip and I stayed most of the time in the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are large, clean and comfortable. I got a king-bed room on the 15th floor and it was very quiet. No street noise. Since...

I partly agree with the criticisms in other reviews - this is aimed mainly at domestic travellers, there is no cooling air conditioning and only a small number of the dozens of staff speak fairly good English. That said, the rooms are big, there is good fast broadband through a cable connection (though not room wireless) and the breakfast is...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Most of the guests were Chinese. In fact , we were almost the only Westerns as we did not see any other during our stay. The staff attitude was very nice but they hardly understood our requests because of very poor English. It took me 20 minutes to get a black coffee...

Overall attractive facility with large, clean, modern rooms; sumptuous buffet; and modern conference room. Main drawbacks: smoking is allowed throughout the hotel; wireless in the lobby only and there are no chairs in the lobby other than in the tea room which requires a purchase; no restaurants within walking distance; restaurant, while delicious, is buffet only. Hotel staff was unable...
