There is no better hotel for connecting flights out of Beijing. It is located just a short walk from all international gates outside customs and immigration. The rooms are very clean, well appointed with excellent bedding, and quiet. 4 different restaurants within the hotel offering a choice of western and Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had $700 USD stolen from the safe and when I addressed the issue with the management via phone they just hung up on me. The hotel is awfully dirty and absolutely nothing is functional. The appliances are all old and it does not worth your money by any means.

We are not usually ones to moan but this is an absolutely awful hotel. It disguises itself on the Internet as Fuhao hotel (I assume to avoid bad reviews! However this makes it next to impossible to find!) No taxi driver is able to get you here because of the incorrect name! The staff are the rudest we have come...

The Booking.com form called it the FUHAO hotel so naturally I disputed this with the Taxi Driver when I arrived from the Hotel which states REGAL HOTEL. The price was 200 RMB a night for most nights and by far the cheapest hotel so the visitor is to expect lesser quality. . However it's much cheaper than the so called...

The hotel is about a 30 minutes subway trip away from Tiananmen square. The Wangfujing shopping mall is in a walkable distance. The calm room with a good standard was in need for some renovation. We booked the rooms as a special offer, that is why the price was okay for us. The bar was overpriced, approx. 10 Euro for...

To be fair, despite the address on Wangfujing Dajie, the Beijing Regal Hotel is still a good 10-minute walk north of the pedestrian mall that's so famous for its shopping. But it certainly holds its own in terms of quality at a reasonable price, just a hair over US$100 a night after all the extra taxes. My room came with...

+ 15mins walk to Dongsi metro (negative for some) 15mins walk to Forbidden city - Cold and RUDE reception/bell boy, forget about making enquiries to nearby attractions and amenities as you'll be brushed off or at best given curt responses. 20-30mins checking in and out so prepare reading material while waiting. Wangfujing is a shopping street littered with malls selling...

Near Wangfujing and Quanjude (Peking duck), walk only 10 minutes to subway. The staff is ok because I can speak mandarin. The security is ok. I cannot comment on the food because I didn't have there. Wifi is free.

Besides the location that is the only good thing that I have to say. The front desk is a mess no one speak a decent English or in many cases no English at all. The employees are some times even aggressive to foreigner guests. They always give preference to Chinese guests. Breakfast is a joke for a 5 star hotel....

This hotel is a solid 3 Star property in need of some refreshing in the rooms, but fulfilling everything you wish for in a hotel, starting with excellent beds, great maid service and cleanliness, and a pleasant staff. The fitness room is terrific, and the lobby is light and filled with world travelers. I personally loved breakfast as they had...
