Let’s talk about this Unique Hotel in Beijing. I have to say, this is one of the BEST SLH hotel me and my wife have stayed in Beijing. Hotel Éclat has the best location in Beijing, 15-20 minutes to all food and tourist spots. Hotel is located inside of the Fang Cao Di mall, luxury shopping when you need some highlights on for yourself, and many good restaurants for foodies. Let talk about the services here…… I feel like I’m important and special in Hotel Éclat! The service matched the service of Hotel Gajoen in Tokyo. Everyone is super nice with smile on their face, and very helpful. You guys have fulfilled every request and need we ask for our 7 days here. Thank you William for the wonderful art tour, thank you Kyle for the special lamp with the “GUN”control. Thank you Judy for the excellent service, thank you Jessica for the Beijing hospitality service and your support with the late check out. You guys have been great! Whenever I come to Beijing, I’d only stay in Hotel Éclat because if its service, location and hospitality. It’s located in a big shopping mall where you can find numerous restaurants, beauty salons and a cinema. The staff are always super friendly and helpful and they make you feel at home. The room is bright and has amazing view of the city. The bathroom is bright, what is even better is the toilet ( you gonna try it out yourself!). The beddings are so soft and comfortable, I slept so well during my 3 days stay

I have to write a review about this hotel, it is simply one of the most impressive hotels I have ever stayed at (although the list is not long tbh.) The good service started with check-in. The front desk staffs were extremely friendly and they do speak good Enligsh - so don't worry about communication. They offered welcome drinks and hot towels, and offered greetings for Hyatt members - these were expected. They offered a room upgrade to a room with terrace, and offered us to check the different designs on 16-20F (which requires granting additional floor access) - these were great. And they even walked us to the elevator, and explained the designs in the hallway, this is quite unexpected! Little surprieses also hid in the room. Soft drinks in the mini bar are free, which are great. The lamps are controlled by a gun, which is fun. The TV and bluetooth players, the toilet, these are pretty standard "new" hotel hardware, I like them. Now, the single most surprising design - the towel rack is heated - so I can get fresh warm towels whenever I want, this is one of the kind, honestly I feel extremely delighted when I discovered this. It is one of those great details that you feel being taken care of. Breakfast was also great, I ordered fried dough and dim sum set, quite appetizing. Buffet section was a bit limited in choices, but I got already what I want and had a great start of the morning. Check out was also a breeze. I definitely will choose this hotel again if I am to visit Beijing in the future. It is ranked the top for a reason. I need to also express my thanks to Will from the front desk. I booked a terrace room through Hyatt and experienced the excellent service. From check-in drinks to welcome cocktails to afternoon tea, the whole stay was smooth and full of surprises. Many thanks for Shiraz Tang and Toni Wang. Shiraz was very considerate and introduced the hotel's various facilities and equipment. She seems to always know what her guests want. By the way, she is pretty and well -dressed. Toni is the Duty Manager. He showed me around the entire hotel and visited most of the suites. We had a good chat. He is very familiar with the history and culture of the hotel as well as the owner, which gave us a new understanding of the design of the hotel. I am a top member of Hyatt, Hilton, Intercontinental etc. The experience at Eclat is really as good as any other luxury hotel. Worth a second visit!…

With being stuck in Beijing most of the time and not being able to travel that much, it was the perfect opportunity to stay overnight after a delightful dinner at Opera Bombana. The ECLAT is located in the Parkview Green Mall surounded by original Salvador Dali artwork. The ECLAT itself also boasts of artwork, not only on the ground floor but on every floor above and while I am not familiar with all the artist, Andy Warhole paintings of Marilyn Monroe stick out like a sore thumb and are basically everywhere. In front of the elevators going up to the rooms there is one of the highlights, a gold plated Madonna de Port Lligat Statue by Salvador Dali from 1974. The room was spacious and mine had a terrace to host some guests for an after dinner party. Upon my arrival the staff waited already curbside and surprisingly greeted me by my name. When I got to the room there were home made petit fours and a Mont Blanc cake dessert waiting for me and a coffee came within minutes afterwards for my delight. Staying at the ECLAT is truly a unique experience and almost like coming home.…
