The place looks nice enough and rooms are largely updated. Many staff are nice enough but enough are rude and incapable of properly engaging customers to make the stay unpleasant. Extras (laundry, etc) beyond normal over priced.

The hotel lobby is spacious and lovely. The hotel is connected to an office/retail building. There's a Starbucks and Baskin Robbins at the back (don't be confused by the other coffee shop in the lobby). If you'd like to pick up some snacks or beverages, there's a small grocery store in the back as well. Very few of the desk...

We stayed there for 5 days and the staff were really helful. The facilities are up to standard including gym, swimming pool and etc. The rooms are quite good with all the equiqments needed. And the location is good for those who wants to stay in main Beijing area.

We upgraded to the club lounge floor and from then on it was inclusive breakfast and evening drinks and nibbles at a very reasonable price. It was much calmer upstairs and the food was plenty and a good variety. The staff were friendly. The hotel was a bit older but clean and comfortable. A good place to stay at a...

Everything is nearby the hotel (Subway station, Halal restaurant, Indian restaurant, shopping malls, etc.). Very convenient and the staff was super nice. Rooms were clean and tidy. We liked it. Will definitely stay there if i travel there again.

I had to stay here for a trip (a company booked) and while I am sure there are worse out there, I would never book this place again or for personal use. It's run down, shabby, and the rooms are not very clean. In my room, my tv did not work, the carpets were dirty, everything had a funny smell,...

Here on business for a few days and the hotel is fine but, as others have pointed out - looking a little dated. Many staff do speak some English but, oddly, not brilliant on reception! Wi-Fi is very unreliable and often drops out - which is very annoying - but it worked most of the time. At best slow by...

I've been told that this was THE hotel when it was first built in the 80's. All the big stars stayed here. The lobby is still lovely but some of the carpets and decorations do need some refreshing. The rooms are nice and clean - although everyone seems to smoke and the rooms usually have some residual odor. The subway...

We stayed here for a couple of days before our adoption. We had breakfast in the hotel each day before we left for the day. There is a lot to choose from. Pretty good. The hotel is showing its age some, with stained carpet that has some tears in places, but everything was pretty nice. Not too bad.
