The Kerry Hotel Beijing lobby and outside looks great and the hotel is centrally located in the CBD for business or shopping. Unfortunately, that's where the positive aspects of the hotel end. The standard rooms are quite small with low ceilings, not very comfortable to stay in for more than a couple of days. The maid service only supplies the minimum of soaps every day and would usually only provide one pair of slippers for our double occupancy room. On request of a humidifier due to the very dry air in the room, the hotel informed us they didn't have any left due to the number of guests in the hotel--we had to buy one from Meituan so that we could get some sleep. The hotel room service menu is only accessible from a QR code and purchasing this way only allows WeChat Pay, rather than billing the room. Finally, on our last day we needed an umbrella--these are only accessible by using a WeChat app requiring a 50 RMB deposit. The system is unreliable and I didn't get a refund of the deposit after returning the umbrella the same day. Overall, we didn't feel cared for or comfortable in our stay. I likely won't stay at another Kerry brand property in the future.…

Amazing room with a great view of the CCTV building and other towers. Loved the Club Lounge throughout the day for coffee, snacks and then cocktails at night. Kids loved the clown performance and soft play on floor 3. Duck restaurant on floor 1 was amazing. Breakfast was awesome too. Would defiantly recommend to friends.

I stayed in this hotel about 50-100 nights before. This time is the worst experience here. I checked in around 8pm tonight. The reception is impolite. I asked for allowing me to have breakfast in lounge as I did not want to have buffet breakfast in big restaurant. She just told me I needed to pay for the upgrade. After a while, I noted that the breakfast is relocated to lounge already as occupancy is too low. Then seems problem solved. But she still reminds me to require for paying extra if I use the lounge in the afternoon or evening. Come on. 1. I don’t feel any welcoming like Shangrila 2. She does not tell me the breakfast already relocated to lounge and just ask me to pay more money. 3. She still keeps asking me to pay more for using the lounge. For a customer staying in the hotel so many nights, for a customer still staying here for a week in pandemic, for the brand of your hotel, do I deserve a better service? Disappointed.…

Great service, amazing breakfast and ideal location for a beijing visit. The facilities were top notch and the hotel itself is connected to the mall so you have every possible convenience available. The people at the lounge were so helpful during checkin/out and happy hour.

On our visit to Beijing we stayed in 3 different hotels. First 2 other hotels were very good and both hotels offered room upgrade to suite with lounge access for free. After these very good experiences we were coming to Kerry with high expectations, this is because Kerry was the most expensive. Unfortunately we were disappointed with rather outdated room. Our room rate was involving to Adventure park which during our visit was very full and crowded. Even getting in to park was very confusing and we waisted 15min on 2 hours time in que. Second breakfast was too busy too. Very crowded and some food not available
