The hotel is fair enough. The location is absolutely excellent. Just a few steps ahead to a large shopping mall with all I would need. Since it is a kind of budget hotel, please do not expect too much on its hotel service or facilitates. As long as there are wifi, aircon, clean towels everyday, that would be good enough for business travellers.

The stuff is friendly but unfortunately few of them know English. The rooms are +/- 3.5 EU stars, little where'd but clean. Concerning the breakfast you have the choice from two restaurants_the hotel rent the place_diferent owners, different food stile but both of them nicely fulfilling the diversity of choices.

Stayed here for two nights. Rooms comfortable and very warm. Slept with the window open in October for cool air. Curtains keep the light out and beds very comfy. Bathroom sufficient. Stayed here as part of a trekking package so unsure of how much it’s costs per night but good place to stay.

Located at the CBD area and there is a big shopping mall located just next to it. There is a gym room at their ground level too. Train station is just a few mins walk away from the hotel. It will be even better if there is a 24/7 convenient store nearby.

the hotel reception was a shambles no one could speak English, our rooms were not ready, the rooms were old the bathrooms mouldy and small. Lifts were located in a shopping mall, anyone could have followed us to our rooms. Security was none existent , The breakfasts were only for Asian folks mainly couldn't even get bread for toast the croissants were stale as were the pastries, overall a very poor hotel wouldn't recommend to friends or any one else for that matter

This place need a renovation badly. It feels like time has stranded still since the nineties. Further, there are many other businesses in the same premises and I don’t really feel safe. The only plus point is the location.

Stayed at the 5L hotel in Beijing for 3 nights. Our stay included breakfast. The entrance to the hotel reception is impressive huge and clean. Check in was handled by our tour guide. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are tired and can do with an uplift. The first morning all ready for a good breakfast, we went down to the dining area. Since we have special dietary requirements we requested to speak to a staff member that could assist. Minimal if no english was spoken by the staff. We then spotted the chef and managed to communicate a bit of english. He took us out to the buffet spread and showed us the food available, and in his english told us that that is all there is. To our horror, being extremely hot in the dining area, THE CHEF took his hand and wiped the perspiration of his forehead and continued touching the serving utensils. Needless to say we did not eat here for the duration of our stay.

This hotel is in a good location, right in the CBD and it did have a bar for a glass of wine before dinner, the only hotel I found with this throughout China. Rooms and breakfast adequate, no one at reception speaks English, perhaps one person each shift would be beneficial. Large reception area but not one seat. Phone and lamp didn't work, no way of letting reception know due to lauangage barrier.

Situated in the Central Business District. The hotel has a really large lobby / reception area - it would be helpful to have some seating here. At one end of the lobby is a German Bier Garden Bar - which is just what you would look for on a visit to China. Inside the hotel on the ground floor are various shops, a couple of eateries and a private gym. Our room was clean and spacious and we had a nice view of the gardens at the back of the hotel. Two bottles of water (complementary) each day, robes, toiletries and an in room safe. TV had a couple of English channels. Tea facilities (no coffee provided). Cross the road outside the hotel and enter the hotel opposite. Go through their lobby and down the escalator and you will find yourself in a a large (expensive) shopping mall. There is a supermarket here where you can stock up on water, beer and snacks. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, with indoor and outdoor seating. On one night of our stay we were woken up in the wee small hours by a horrendous industrial type noise. I rang down to reception, but the person who answered the phone didn't speak English. Quite a few people went down to reception to see what was happening -they returned none the wiser. This went on for about an hour. In the morning our guide explained what had happened and said that the manager sent his apologies - It turns out that the noise was actually the fire alarm !!!! which had been activated by the extensive rain water that had got into the system.

Stayed two nights in this hotel located in the central business district in Beijing. Nice clean and comfortable room and toilet. We had problem with the shower and Ac with the room initially allotted to us, they very promptly changed it. Breakfast spread is very good though would suggest that they extend the time till 10 a.m. They wrap up at 9.30 a.m. One can really enjoy a leisurely breakfast out in the open. This hotel has a few shops as well. Overall enjoyed our stay.
