It was like being at home! I was warmly welcomed by Nancy and Philip Xu at executive lounge, even after such a period of not being guest amid pandemic. I was treated as member of a family, everything was so smooth. I wish I can be back as early as I could. Thank you guys!

Went for a business meeting. My first trip to China found the city fascinating and interesting. Sadly not enough time to catch the sights (tip) book in advance on line before you go - otherwise you cannot go on the day and enter Forbidden city etc. Get Alipay - easiest way to manage payments around the city, all cashless. Now the hotel - well appointed and comfortable spacious rooms. Staff extremely obliging and helpful, some other countries could learn from their example. Well spoken and good comprehension of English. Food - outstanding all round. There a re plenty of choices in the city to stay - i highly recommend this one for good service, food, cleanliness and value

Stayed at China World Hotel during my entire weeklong leisure trip to Beijing. Chose the hotel for its proximity to the subway and its renowned reputation. My package included a King bed Premier Room with free use of Horizon Club facilities. The room on the 15th floor faced the thoroughfare in front and let me know firsthand the traffic condition in the vicinity. Room was spacious with a three-seater couch, writing desk, etc and a large angle-adjustable tv, which was good as I have a habit of watching tv before bedtime and the couch where we watched tv at other times was some distance away. Toiletries were of good quality which were replenished every day. So were the bottled water, tea bags and fruits. The housekeeping ladies who cleaned up the room were very thoughtful providing us with more bottled water as she noticed we often drank tea in the room. We had breakfast at the Horizon Club on a daily basis and were there for happy hour a few times. Quality and choice of food were remarkable. One thing I would suggest, perhaps more for the attention of the management of the shopping mall downstairs, is that more clearer signage to show the direction to the hotel would definitely help the hotel guests who walk from the connecting subway station back to the hotel. Many hotel guests like me are naturally not familiar with the area. I could only more confidently find my way back to the hotel from the mall after three days. My problem probably but worth to look into it.…

Great hotel and customer service in the capital of China. Tried the express laundry and is very impressed by it. Breakfast is fabulous and no complaint. There is full of varieties of food for you! Place is on top of an expensive mall with all branded shops. Would come back again

We encountered an influx of a large entourage of government officials and business delegations from a Malaysian PM visit to Beijing during the last 2 days of our visit. We were anticipating a significant drop in the services and tighter security posing inconvenience to our visit. However, it is a rather a surprise to our expectation. The entourage is well behave despite that I could see that they are beaming with joy and happiness to share the visit with the PM. The breakfast are superb as they have added the famous Nyonya breakfast for our menu. The service has increased with more staff deployed to look after our visit. Everyone is happy and pleasure to serve. They have even asked one of the staff to accompany us to assist us in obtaining a local mobile phone. What a service!

Last month, I lived in Beijing from Shanghai for a week, but I felt ok overall. Check-in was a little complicated, health code was required, nucleic acid negative certificate was required, and JINGCHEN SPA on the second floor had a very bad experience. The technician was No. 70 and her name was EMMA, and she provided some bad services!

warm, efficient service of the service staff, whether at the check in counters, concierge, horizon lounge....impeccable. Breakfast in the Horizon Lounge is of top quality, and service of the staff was efficient, excellent at all times. Other amenities such as the swimming pool, gym and steam room are great amenities for business travelers to relax and recover. Great location of the hotel, and travel to/from the airport is convenient relative to many other hotels. Must stay at this hotel for sure.
