Great services provided by the staff makes a dull hotel situation to make you feel warm and being looked after by caring staff, feeling you right at home. The hotel is aged but the rooms and facilities are being kept in impeccable conditions. The hotel always delivers what they claim, service is their priority and one can feel it from the staff in reception, the bell service , the restaurants basically made me feel right at home.

We stayed at St Regis Beijing for our short, three-day visit in Beijing. The service is excellent from checking in to checking out. The butler reached out before our stay to see if we had any special requirements, and called on the night before we checked out to see if they can help in any way. We booked using Amex FHR. The room decoration is classy and elegant. All the facilities are very well maintained. The highlight is an outdoor garden, which is very rare at such a prime spot in Beijing. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a large variety of Chinese and western options. We also tried the Chinese restaurant, and loved all the five main dishes we ordered. We will very likely stay at this hotel again the next we visit Beijing.

We stayed for one night at the start of our China holiday. We were upgraded to a very nice suite. The hotel is good but dated and slightly tired looking. But the friendly and helpful staff makes up for it. Our special appreciation goes to Mr Neil Wang at the concierge desk who was extremely helpful and took very good care of us.

This hotel is next to Jianguo Gate metro station and next to Guomao Mall so very convenient for sightseeing and business activities. I received a room upgrade to a suite which was very luxurious and comfortable. Don't miss the pool and gym which was absolutely top-notch in business hotel. Breakfast provides a lot of local cuisines.

Even as an older hotel, St. Regis Beijing has maintained its standard in both physical facilities and the level of customer service. The decor of the hotel is luxurious, but tastefully done with open space. I enjoyed the butler service as well as the helps from each receptionist and concierge, as well as the ones at the executive lounge on the 18th floor during the happy hour (even though the providing snacks with only one hot item daily were just barely enough to fill the gaps between my teeth.) The daily breakfast at the Garden Court was quite nice with decent amount of varieties in both western and Chinese traditional items. The chefs and servers were friendly and professional with quick responses to all my requests not to mention the delicious foods which were artistically presented. The only inconvenience during my time there was the internet connectivity especially with social media, but guess this problem would persist as long as I am in the country no matter which hotel I stay. As a visitor, I do not have a local phone number nor payment platform such as WeChat Pay or Alipay so I saved quite a bit of money! Wish I could stay here longer. St.Regis Beijing is definitely a must return.

- the location is very central which unfortunately means the traffic to it can be terrible . - the room, the furniture and the light switches are quite dated. The best days of my corner suite are gone. - the suite has ample space, but it lacks the interior and upkeep that can give the guest the comfort that is expected from a St Regis. - in fact, I picked up a small plastic waste that is not mine, from under the coffee table. - The Ball room, where I attended a function, is all right however . The AV facilities are excellent. But the staff allow themselves to talk very audibly inside the kitchen while our function was going on .

It's like vacationing at home for ten days. Wei Wang from the concierge was extremely polite and helpful. The same can be said for Sophia and her colleagues. Without the epidemic, we would have stayed for a longer period of time.

Loved my stay there. 2 times over a year. Been special each time. There is fine attention to detail, loved the vast pool, and check out the free hot spring at the basement of the gym/pool. What a treat for the tired soul.

I have now stayed at St Regis Beijing for over a year. Roland Wang is holding the team together really well. I chat with him whenever we run into each other in the lobby. With the Winter Olympics coming up he is under a lot of stress but does not show it. I really think he should be the next general manager.

Had several lengthy stays over the last 12 months and we simply fall in love with the hotel. The hotel is nested among one of Beijing’s embassies zones. It is quiet yet convenient. The Jianguomen tube station on Line 1 & 2 is less than 10 mins walk away. The excellently well-maintained hotel has a touch of old European charm, so classic and elegant. The garden & courtyard is beautifully landscaped and we have seen many wedding ceremonies that took place there. The big surprise is there is a hot spring in the spa area below the gym room. It comprises of 3 different temperature baths: very hot, hot and cold. It is opened till quite late at night and can be enjoyed by in-house guests for free. Last but not least is the superb exclusive butler service provided by the hotel. A big thank you to Pandora, Chief Butler, and her great team who always greet us with big smiles on our arrival and always have the room perfectly set up according to our preferences/special requests prior to our checking-in. This is our home away from home and we will definitely stay again on our future trips.
