Can I use rice cooker?
I would suggest to contact them directly, so there won't be any surprises or misunderstandings: Trip Advisor does not allow to give their e-mail address in my answer. So just Google Ramada Beijing North hotel for their e mail address. (first part is rsvn)

Restaurants and wi-fi?
One restaurant in the hotel (Chinese menu plus a few Western dishes but cooked unusually.. e.g. Strange club sandwich)- not many Western diners. Wifi was generally fine.
