This is our first trip to China so I was concerned about the hotel our son had chosen, but it was perfect. The outside boast two elephants and is very attractive. There is a ramp to the right for rolling up your luggage. is poor lighting, but I did see a valuable vase on display and enjoyed the fish tank...

Group of us were in this hotel from 15th September to 21st September 2013. Almost unable to flush the toilet, shower cubicle was draining very slowly and the bad smell was unbearable. Repeated complaints to the front desk fell in to deaf ears. The hotel was ok otherwise. Food was delicious and the staff was kind. Close to Tianaman square.

This hotel is being branded as a 4-star business hotel in Beijing but our stay here was terrible. If you're planning to go around Beijing on your own and prefer to be located close to the popular tourist spots or bus/subway stations, don't stay here. With Laurel Hotel being so far away from the city center, there are absolutely no...

Personally, loved the meal. Very hot, spicy and (to some of my grastronomical partners) mouth numbing (to a pleasurable degree). Great food, great service. Enjoy if you find yourself there. Lah, deh dah deh, dah, have to fill in 200 characters minimum!) Ad nauseum. Only went to this place as part of an organised tour. Must admit it was hilarious....

This hotel is quite far from tourist attractions. It cost about RMB30 to RMB100 by taxi to the town depending on the traffic and which part of the town you are going. However, if you are going back to the hotel by taxi from Xidan, the taxi driver will quote you RMB100 without using the meters. The room of this...
