I don't even know where to begin to described my stay at The PuXuan Hotel. This has to have been one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I was able find a great offer on their Grand Suite. This room can with Club Lounge access along with a 30 min message, and a welcome amenity. The wow factor of this hotel started as soon as I exited the jet bridge from my arriving flight. I chose to book the hotel airport pickup service. While not cheap it was worth ever penny. I had two hotel officials waiting for me as I exited the plane at the end of the jet bridge. They made sure to grab my bags and walked me through immigration. As this was my first time in Asia, it made the arrival experience stress free. They escorted me out the the hotel car, a Mercedes Benz S, where my driver was waiting to take me on the 45 min drive to the hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was greeted my many staff members. The check-in process was not your typical. I was taken straight up to my room and check-in was completed in my suite after being given a tour of the suite. The staff where the shining stars at this property. They truly know how to make a guest feel welcomed. I felt like I was visiting someone's home instead of a hotel. Even though I know there was other guest staying here, the staff made me feel like it was just me. No request was too small and you actually didn't even have to make request, they anticipated your needs. My suite was the amazing. It was very hi-tech with electric shades and blinds, bluetooth sound system, and lighting with different settings. The design of the room was very modern, which I like. The Grand Suite included views of The Forbidden City, I highly recommend booking room that includes this view. The bathroom was hug with separate tub and shower. Tv in the mirror directly in from of the bathtub. The toilet was even a hi-tech bidet, with a heated seat. They provided high quality bath amenities, including bath salts. The food at The PuXuan Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was included with your room and it's not your typical free hotel breakfast. You are able to choose to visit the restaurant of pre order in room breakfast delivery. The breakfast options consisted of both Asian and Western options. The food was delicious and the fresh pressed juices were the best. I decided on the in room option and it was delivered promptly every morning fresh and hot. Also, included with the suite was access to The Club Lounge. Again, this was not your typical hotel club lounge. it was open 24 hrs and there were staff in the lounge that would assist with anything you needed. You could order fresh food off a menu. A staff member was even able to take care of exchanging money for me while I was enjoying my meal when I just inquired about finding a local ATM or money exchanger. Again the staff at this hotel is top notch! Housekeeping was fantastic and somehow manage to clean and turndown the rooms without ever being seen. This isn't a hotel were you are met with housekeeping carts when walking the corridors. The turndown service was offered nightly. A nice touch in addition to the typical turndown service was that a warmed water bottle was placed in the bed to make sure that the sheets are warmed before going to bed. I feel like the details mean everything and this hotel definitely succeeds at focusing on the details. It was so sad to leave The PuXuan Hotel. I was truly impressed with every aspect of this hotel. I hope one day to be able to return to Beijing and revisit this hotel. I was definitely worth the splurge. Thank you to the staff at The PuXuan for the very rememberable stay.

Puxuan Hotel and Spa has redefined its true hostmanship, from its friendly and helpful staff to the amazing view and large hotel room, we were impressed with everything that Puxuan offered to their guests. It was such a sweet gesture of them surprising me with a bouquet of roses in my room, knowing that my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary at Beijing. A heatpad was placed at our bed every night since it's winter, which was really thoughtful. The location of the hotel is superb, there is a subway station right outside the hotel, about a minute walk, which is the National Art Museum Station. Overall, we had a memorable and wonderful stay in Puxuan, Beijing.
