stayed here for 3 nights. Good location, large room, good and ancient style furniture, room is fairly clean. I like the bed. the yard can be better. The yard's gate is not the style I expected, and is not the normal courtyard gate, too small. staff is friendly

We did stay here 3 nights and that was long enough. The place of the hotel was really good. But the staff was really not Nice. The room was big but dirty. For that we would not stay here again. To much money for your falue.

You can clearly see that this is one place that I will not recommend to friends. I arrived with an Expedia booking paper in my hand but the hotel staff cannot find the booking. With a 'there's nothing else I can do' look, he offered his last room at the same price that I booked with Expedia for 2 nights....

This hostel sits in a very good location in Beijing considering proximity to the Hutongs, Drum Tower and metro connection. The hostel owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English. The room was clean and tidy, but had some torn wallpaper and such minor things. A nice little courtyard has two table to relax at and a beer...

Evidently they must have some good rooms because I read all the reviews, but I can only write about the superior king room I had. It was the last available room at the time. As soon as I walked in I hated it. The bed took up almost the entire room. There was only a small bench to put your...

Stayed here with a friend for just one night at the end of our visit to Beijing because we wanted to stay in an area with more of a buzz. It's quite easy to find on a quiet road in the Hutongs. Room was clean and comfortable. Because we were leaving early the next morning, we didn't take advantage of...

Our whole family stayed here for a few days - the service is absolutely fantastic! They provide free wifi, free bottled water, free laundry machine and info on sightseeing, authentic local foods, etc. The owner is a friendly young fellow, a little shy. As long as you ask, he'll try his best to find a solution for you.

As professional in the hospitality industry, I found it not bad in general but surprise when I woke up the first morning that there wasn't breakfast as promised in booking.com. I think they should inform their costumers first about it because I wanted an hotel with breakfast included. Disappointed for having my stomach empty but really glad for the 24h...

What a pleasant surprise to be in a tradition Hutong in Beijing and experience life with local families. The accommodations were simple but who needs that when you are visiting Beijing all day. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They helped us arrange bicycles to rent, tell us how to use the bus and answer any questions my wife...
