We were impressed on our arrival after a long trip from Perth via Melbourne, had everything we needed. Dinner was a mission to order with hardly anyone speaking English but what we had was tasty and not expensive, the funniest thing was the lemon water we ordered was hot, didn't expect that. There is a convenience store around the corner,... More

Not great when compared to other hotels encountered on our tour. Would only add that the evening buffet wasn't great - there is one just outside the hotel which is better and there is a KFC not far away if you crave western food. We took a taxi to the nearest mall to stock up on drink and snacks- very... More

This is a lovely hotel. The room is spacious and well appointed. The comment about the glass wall in the bathroom is exaggerated. There is a very thick drape that totally covers the glass so you cannot see into the bathroom. The only negative is the fact that you cannot lower the temperature past a certain degree. The room was... More

Of the 6000+ hotels in this is an excellent choice. I lack for nothing here. My wife is enjoying a soak in the huge modern free standing tub while I type this little review. Breakfast was fine, but the yellow decor in the basement isn't on par with the rest of the building. The seventh floor is a dream and... More

This hotel was included in our Sinorama tour. Although the lobby is very nice, giving one an illusion of a 5 star hotel, it is certainly not. As others have mentioned, staff has difficulty communicating in English and the rooms require maintenance. The toilet runs, water pressure is low, water temperature goes from scalding to ice cold in seconds. We... More

I am writing this from my hotel room on the 3rd and last night in Beijing. The hotel look impressive at first with the decor. But it has a long way to go to earn "international". The staff hardly speaks more than a couple of words of English so it is a problem communicating. It took them 10 minutes to... More

The room we had was large, the bathroom had both a tub and a stand up shower but this hotel which is rated as a five star hotel but to me it should be three and half. It is an older hotel and is beginning to show some wear and tear. The carpeting is worn and there is a musty... More

We stayed here as part of a Sinorama tour. It was very far from everything and I would definitely not stay here unless it was part of a tour and I had no choice. The rooms were nice but dated and the air conditioning was not working so it was very, very warm. The breakfast was okay, I had no... More

I stayed here with a Soinorama tour. The lobby is beautiful, checking was easy. Rooms spacious with large tub and walk in shower. There are stores nearby plus restaurants. Room included fridge and safe, the beds are very comfortable. Wifi . Breakfast buffet was delicious.

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very large and beds comfortable. It has a lovely lobby. The breakfast buffet was very good. There were plenty of options to eat. The hotel is out of the way, but there is a store close by. We were there as part of a Sinorama Holidays tour group and were very pleased... More
