The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It also my be my reference of service but the Courtyards in the US are NOTHING like this one. The entire hotel , staff and experience is more just shy of JW. (Disclaimer I've only stayed in 1 JW)

I prefer to stay at that hotel since it is close to the airport and to our office. The rooms are spacious and modern equipped. Wifi is complementary, but a little sluggish. They offer a good selection of Western and Chinese food for breakfast. The staff is friendly. The little problem may be to get there from the airport. Many...

Close to the airport and a quick taxi ride to anywhere. I have loved my stays at the Courtyard. It has the feel of a full-service Marriott at the Courtyard price. The staff has always been helpful and the restaurant is a great place to eat if you don't feel like venturing out. Speaking of venturing out, Taxis are very...

This is an excellent hotel, well managed, with great service. Better than a Marriott even though this is a Courtyard. Executive lounge perfectly acceptable. If this is an option for you, it is highly recommended.

This hotel was surprisingly clean, modern and beautiful.. We stayed in the same room for 3 nights straight and had no problem. It was a surprise to see windows in the bathroom looking through the "living" area where the beds were. We had a minor issue with the TV but by the time we returned from touring, it had been...

Close to the Marriott in Chaoyang district this is convenient and well-maintained with good rooms, gym, restaurant and Exec Lounge. A somewhat sterile feel to it though and with Beijing traffic this is quite a way out from the centre of Beijing which means slow long taxi journeys! Staff in Exec Lounge helpful as always, rooms were quiet if not...

I stay in this hotel in a regular basis and always get good service and a big comfortable room. If you book an executive room or get upgraded to executive level you will experience the best service I have experienced. In the evenings they offer a nice small buffet and a big range of drinks to chose from. This is...
