This hotel is very run down. The sink is all rusted and looks never been replaced. The floor looks yellowish. The toilet bowl has yellow streaks. No carpet floors but dusty hardwood. The furniture looks banged up. No fridge.

I'll be honest Emily, I think you may have some difficulties with this place. They seem to have contracts with several airlines who deliver stranded passengers to them. Once in the hotel much of the signage was in Chinese and it was difficult to communicate with the staff.
I'd personally recommend rebooking elsewhere if you want straightforward. However, if you are up for an adventure...
