I was only staying here one night because of an Early flight. By check in Girls in reception was very nice and speak OK English.

I'll be honest Emily, I think you may have some difficulties with this place. They seem to have contracts with several airlines who deliver stranded passengers to them. Once in the hotel much of the signage was in Chinese and it was difficult to communicate with the staff.
