The hotel is very run down, stained carpets, mouldy bathroom, stained chairs and chipped furniture. Did not seem fresh or clean, my daughter complained of bites. The desk staff were not helpful and when another Chinese lady offered help to translate for me they refused. We booked due to it being a spa hotel as our children love swimming. When...

Stayed at this hotel on a family holiday trip. The friendly staffs allowed us to check in early when we reach the hotel at 9a.m, because our flight arrived in Beijing very early in the morning, a great relief after a long flight for us. Location is very good, near the Jiangguomen MRT station and Beijing Railway station. So it's...

Very good location short walk from a central hub subway station (Jianguomen). Close to major international hotels--none of which have a better location. Right beside Sextant of Beijing--a worthwhile but often overlooked historic cite--where early foreign visitors used astronomical devices to measure distances. Near good banks to exchange money. Most other guests seemed to be local Chinese Families appreciated this...

This is going to be a short review as I only slept in the hotel for three and a half hours thanks to Air China. But don't get me started on them and their delays... Was looking for a hotel close to Beijing train station as I had an early morning train and this worked out really well from that...

Poor English of hotel staff. I have complained about the room, but I was adviced somehow to stay by next day in the same room. Next...

Stayed here for 2 nights during the Chinese New Year holidays. I booked the cheapest room but was upgraded to a family-sized suite. Must have just undergone renovations. Carpet is spotless, room in tip-top condition, two bathrooms, two TVs, a soft king-sized bed, three windows with curtains. Location is excellent too. Just 80 metres from Jiangguo Men subway station, which...

Staff is terribly trained. Internet broke in the middle of the night. No body cared. Front desk staff basically told me not their job...do not bother me (this is not an language issue...I speak Chinese). Carpets dirty in rooms. Halls smelled bad. "No smoking" rooms have ashtrays. Haha. My room had mosquitos. Took 45 minutes to get my room. A...

My husband and I stayed here two nights (10/14 & 15). Upon our arrival, the front desk quickly checked us in as I presented my voucher. There was limited English exchange. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels in Beijing according to a relative who lives in China and visited us. The carpets were stained but did not appear...
