I stayed here for two weeks and it was wonderful. The staff are very friendly& made me feel at home. Customer service was excellent; dinner waiters were fantastic! They made me feel very much at home after a long day at work; kudos to them! The rooms were not too big, but comfortable enough of you are there for a... More

Terrible food, old amenities, miserable location. I've stayed at very good hotels around Mombasa, don't waste your time or money staying at this one. I certainly won't be back if I can help it. The first night they burned my calamari, the second night I tried to order crab, they didn't have; prawns, didn't have; beef fillet they said they... More

I totally enjoyed my stay here right from the time i checked in. The staff were friendly and attentive, they helped me carry my bags to my room and ensured everything was in order. The bathroom was clean, great air conditioning, hot water was always available and the room had WiFi too. Their breakfast was great, served at the rooftop... More

We dived in here for a quick hit of wifi and ended up eating a bite in the restaurant. The food was nice enough and the staff very friendly and attentive. The rooftop pool made us look to see if any online deals were to be had for our return to Mombasa in a week or so, but alas not.... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we did go for dinner at the rooftop restaurant and it was amazing! At sunset, we could hear the call to prayer from every direction in the city and literally thousands of fruit bats flew up in the air. It was breathtaking. Also the food was amazing - their Indian food is great!... More

Very centrally located. Hotel has comfortable beds, good size bathrooms. AC works very well(brrr). Hotel lifts are not the speediest lifts I have seen. Breakfast is a modest 5/10. Right opposite a good swahili restaurant with good kuku choma and fresh sugarcane juice

Pls note, hotel is under renovation and they start hammering the floor from 7am mean no quite sleep at all. Don't ever try to call reception because they do nothing after your call nor hotel manager bothered about your sleeping time. They don't care about your sleep at all

I stayed here last week on business. This is the second time I've stayed here. The room was ok, the air con very loud as before. But boy you need it. There is free bottled water supplied in the room. The wifi was improved over my last visit, not great but useable at least. I ate in the 6th floor... More

The room I slept in was just to sleep and wake up, be gone to do your tour come back and sleep. The room was just simple and tight, not overlooking any fanciful place. Location is not bad at all. Services not too bad. At the roof top there Is a swimming pool and bar. There is also a restaurant... More
