All I can say is the experience in Royal Mara is incredible. When asked information from George about Royal Mara I have never ever seen such quick and prompt response ... The staff is amazing. I have travelled extensively to a lot of countries and this was the best experience of my life.. If you are going to Masai Mara... More

I stayed at the Royal Mara Safari Lodge for a long weekend in February 2010. The accomodations were exactly as they appear in photos. While called "tents," this is an understatement, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The service was impeccable, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The food at this lodge, in such... More

We stayed three nights at royal mara, and we would have liked to stay more. We planned our trip few months ago, booking everything directly on the internet. George was very informative, giving us all the needed details, booking our flights, describing the camp and the activities. We were lucky to meet him at the camp, and he really helped... More

We spent four nights at the Royal Mara and felt very happy with our choice. The facilities were excellent, especially the spacious and comfortable tented lodges. The staff could not do enough for us. We had two game drives each day, plus a game walk, bush lunch and a night safari. These were all included in the price, as was... More

We stayed here for two nights and three days in late november 2009. I dont think that there is much more then I can add to what the other poster have already contributed. It is outstanding from the pick up, the rooms, the drives, the staff, everything. On the way back to the airstrip we stopped in for a drink... More

We have just returned from a fabulous trip to Kenya and Zanzibar but the undoubted highlight was our stay at Royal Mara. The setting (beside the Hippo infested Mara river), the food and the safaris were all exceptional as was our visit to the Masaai village. But what made this trip unforgettable was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff,... More

We stayed at the Royal Mara in January 2010 for 2 nights. we had an amazing time. The game drives were excellent and the conservancy was teeming with wildlife. The best things for me were the total lack of other safari vehicles and trust me I've been going to the Mara for over 12 years and the main park can... More

Words cannot really describe the wonderful experience I and 3 friends had when we visited the Royal Mara Safari Lodge in December '09. The lodge surpassed our expectations and some from the accommodation - which was just as described to the wonderful staff - who I can't praise enough! I would love to keep this place a secret so that... More

What can I say about the Royal Mara other than it was perfect! The camp is fabulous and more comfortable than anything you could expect in a safari. The tents are located along the river where you can see the hippos bathing all day long. One great feature of the camp is the fact that it is not fenced so... More
