I knew we were in for a treat when we got picked up at the airstrip. A man who was getting on the plane we'd just stepped out of asked whether we were going to the Elephant Pepper Camp. When we said we were, he pronounced us all "incredibly lucky." His praise was effusive. We had five family members there... More

Everything about Elephant Pepper Camp was sensational. Our hosts Sophie and Patrick looked after us very well. The camp staff were friendly and our guide George knew the landscape well and spotted lions, cheetah, a rhino, as well as hippos, crocs, "deer" of various types, various birds, elephants, giraffe fox, hyena, wild dogs, chameleon, and heaps more. We saw at... More

Final visit for a month long safari in Kenya. I cannot say anything negative. The only words that come to mind are Wow, incredible, amazing, and unforgettable. The managers were great (Patrick and Sophie) as well as the staff. The hospitality and staff were simply amazing. Spent lots of time in the Mara seeing the most incredible sights. Wildlife was... Very nice bush camp with amazing staff. We visited Elephant Pepper Camp with 6 people from Friday - Sunday. Having been disappointed with the Karen Blixen lodge, we were more than satisfied with the Elephant Pepper Camp. Luxurious and spacious tents, very friendly host and staff, good food (limited choice however) and a working wifi connection in the main area... More

Excellent camp with great hosts - Patrick and Sophie. Everything is comfortable and relaxing - mess/dining area is friendly and the food is delicious too. Easy access from Mara North airstrip - game drive right from being met. A MUST for your first visit to The Mara or indeed for the regular visitor, like us! Lots of close up sightings... More

My husband and I brought visiting family to Elephant Pepper and it was the PERFECT spot. Patrick and Sophie were the most brilliant of hosts, and our guide Boni could not have been better. The camp's location is fantastic, right in the middle of all the animal action. You really get an authentic "bush" experience combined with the most opulent... More

Me and my wife discovered Elephant Pepper through a friend's recommendation. Everything at this camp exceeded our expectations. The last few minutes of the plane ride from Wilson Airport, Nairobi was over the Mara North Conservancy and gave us a bird's eye view at what awaited us across the varied beauty of this part of the Mara - plains and hills and valleys and the Mara River.
