Accommodation is nice. Both tent and cabin were very nice and comfortable to stay. Bathrooms were below mark and were not maintained properly. Water and electric was a issue. Staff was very helpful and polite. Food was average but was perfect for meat lovers. Rooms doesn't have internet and only available in common area for which you have to ask... More

Nice location, true adventure of living in middle of national reserve park. No air condition or fans. No electricity between 12 am to 5 am and again ater breakfast till 6 pm. Nice and comfortable tents. Courteous staff however need training to handle difficult situations. Overall worth a visit.

The fig tree is an excellent place to stay in the Massai Marra. The staff there are polite and well trained. The food available during the buffet is wide in variety and appealing to most people. The location is amazing, try to live in a room facing the river you may encounter hippos, wild buffaloes and maybe even some croc's.... More

Nice location, decent tents, great wildlife sightings close to the property. Offers everything that a traveller would need. Good location for people who are keen on hot air balloon safari. Extremely dim light in the tents and bathroom is really bad.

Enjoyed a fantastic, action packed 2 night stay. Accommodation was good - extra bed makes it a little cramped (for family of 4), but only in tent to sleep. Enjoyed sitting outside in evenings, entertained by bats! Staff all very friendly and attentive. Food was buffet, so something to suit all. Took breakfast picnic out for early game drive -... More

The Fig tree camp is situated on a river with crocodiles and Hippos swimming around and bush babies running around between the tents. We enjoyed sleeping in the semi-tents which gave us the feeling of being in the wilderness, especially in the early hours of the morning when animals became active!! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Food was standard... More

A friend and I just finished our stay at Fig Tree Camp and were impressed by the quality of service we received from all members of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was excellent and the game around the park exciting. I highly recommend Fig Tree Camp, Talek area, Maasai Mara.
