The only downgrade I would give for Siana Springs that was noticed by one of our party was that there was no long range view of the landscape. However, it is in a beautiful wooded glade, with its own spring fed swimming pool, and animals are all around all the time....tree hyrxas, vervet and colobus monkeys, and small antelopes. The... With the wildlife all around, and a fully equipped, truly customer-friendly staff, this place gets you really closer to living right in the middle of it, in wonderful accommodations, with easy access to the Mara and the migration. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so comfortable to relate to, and access to internet was easy too, for those... More

The Siana Springs Hotel was outstanding. The service was professional and friendly, our tent "steward" was attentive, efficient and very accomodating. The Hotel as an HQ for our forays out into the bush was perfect and the entertainment and informative lectures were just what I needed to really appreciate what I was seeing. I would highly recommend this hotel fo... More

Great tented camp. Wonderful walk from main bar/dining room to tent, thru trees & by the pool. Watch out for Monkey's grabbing food of front seating area of tent in AM. They are cute & fast. We have stayed in many tent camps and this is one of the best for the money. Not up to South Africa Luxury status... More

Both my children and us (and our friends travelling together) loved the place - so peaceful and environment friendly... I was amazed with the spacy tents and the fact that they really had everything. Great shower! The hot water bags were a warm surprise and I missed them when coming back home. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and... More

Siana Springs was one of the highlights of, admittedly, the best trip we've ever taken. The staff is so accomodating and the accomodations are comfortable and clean. We were there in March before the rains started, although they had had some unseasonably wet weather back in January which left everything green and lush. If you've never stayed in a "camp"... More

We stayed in 5 different luxury camps while on Safari in Kenya - and this one was far and away our favorite. There's only room for 33 guests - and 110 staff to serve their needs - you get the picture on the service issue. I loved the tents - and yes - you are sleeping in a tent. It's... More

Tents were far better than I had anticipated - in fact I had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. All the staff were very accomodating. Camp is a 25 min drive from park, but as you drive through the Masai village area, you have an interesting overview of Masai life - if you can see... More

We had 2 nights at Siana Springs and wish we had stayed longer. We didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the tents which were well kitted out and spotlessly clean. The food was buffet style and all very good. The staff all worked very hard. We saw all of the big 5 and much more thanks... More

We absolutely loved our stay at Siana Springs. The staff are all very helpful and efficient. When they ask about how your safari was, they truly are interested in hearing your answer, its not just a rhetorical question. Although, the accomodation is tented, you do not want for anything. There is a WC cubicle and a shower cubicle with running... More
