This camp is well-located and a no frills option. The staff are very friendly and chef works hard to accommodate people's preferences, food is pretty good. Flush toilet! It was a steal in price, so pleased with how it worked out.

Visited this camp with a couple of friends during the wildebeest migration. The camp is very neat with good accommodation. It's about 15 mins from the gate to Mara. Their food is very delicious. Would definitely come back.

It's a budget hotel indeed, but one of the better ones. The amenities & services are pretty basic but worth the budget. A good stay for a 3 day Masai Mara safari. Staying in tents under African sky, with wild lions within 3 miles distance...it's a lifetime experience. Highly recommended for a budget safari trip.

One would think that after visiting the Rhino tourist Camp for 4 consecutive years that the words for a review would come easy. They don't. The reason why the words escape me is very simple - every year the visit is more special, more exhilarating and the rhino camp experience makes you want to come back again. As someone once...

For the life of me, i can't understand where the "not hideous" ratings come from. This is a horrible place and, within 10 minutes, i was calling my tour operator in desperation. We had to stay for the night but moved immediately the next day. They don't seem to have any concept of sanitation, especially in the cooking. i got...

I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2015. This accommodation is ok for a a night or two, but I would not recommend staying here much longer. The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom windows did not close all the way, and the mosquito nets on the double bed were meant for a single bed....

We were offered a choice of 3 camps by our tour operator and chose Rhino Tourist Camp over the others (in the same area, located very close) and were glad that we did so. Let me explain. The entrance to the camp itself is very inviting. The landscaped gardens and walkways add to the charm of this simple camp. Lots...

We checked out the pictures and reviews here on trip advisor before we went. Our expectations were met. They were accommodating to our vegetarian diet. The only complaint we had was the first night there a large safari truck (20+ people) had a loud party until 1am. No one slept in the whole camp. Other than the rowdy guests the...

This is a great little camp for travelling on a budget. Facilities are basic but clean and comfortable. And the food, cooked by a very friendly and welcoming chef, was great. It is a little out of the way, being far from the main tourist spots in the Mara Triangle, but that's why it's affordable! Do not come here expecting...
