Mara Bush Camp has a reputation for a reason....Nelson and the entire staff are exceptional. The camp itself is lovely. The tents are well maintained and accommodate every need you have. The Masai escorts are professional friendly and always there to help or answer any question you may have, The Chef and his team prepare fantastic meals and everything is fresh and delicious. I stayed at Mara Bush for about 2 weeks last February which is a long stay so I got to see everything. The laundry service was great and always on time and I always had a cold beer! The location is ideal for wildlife drives...you are right in the middle of everything. I never tired of the camp and hoping Nelson and everyone there did not get tired of me because I am going to be returning for a stay in early September. Looking forward to it.

Mara Bush Camp exceeded our high expectations. The camp and tents are beautiful, giving a feeling of complete luxury while out in the middle of the Masai Mara park. The staff are very attentive, and made sure we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Great attention to detail, delicious food, friendly staff, beautiful tents and surroundings made for a fantastic stay.

cannot fault the Mara bush camp. The tents, the staff, food and service is all just incredible. To hear splashing in the river at night from the hippos and elephants and the sounds of the bush is exactly what you'd expect and want of a stay out there. Highly recommend!

From the friendly welcome to making arrangements for game drives, meals, children's activities, etc, this camp is one of the best we have been to in the Mara. The accommodation and food were excellent. The tent was well equipped and well maintained. The only small reservation we had was the coffee which was not espresso. The guide driver Wilson was really knowledgeable not only about animals, but also birds and trees and shrubs. Altogether and very agreeable experience.

Mara bush camp is owned by sunworld safaris. 5 star fabulous. Game drives are included, as much as you want. The Toyota land cruisers are heavy duty and built for this terrain. Some cheaper camps use 4x4 minivans, which will have limitations. The cruiser is equipped with camera bean bags, water bottle, blankets in car, and pop up roof with shade cover. As for tented accommodations: This is glamping. The tent is very nice, new, high quality with great hot water kerosene boiler, safe for your wallet and passports, comfortable beds with mosq nets (but we never saw or felt any bugs), hot water bottles inserted at evening turn down service (it gets chilly in the Mara), personal wakeup shout (no telephones) with coffee delivery, packed breakfast for safari drives, buffet meals, campfire every night, 24hr electricity by solar and backup diesel generator. Alcohol is not included, but they have a full bar service if interested. They have a small gift shop with nicer than average stuff. The Massai guards will escort you to the tent after dark. There are hippos and other various animals wandering around at any time, any place. For payment, they require an upfront deposit upon reservation and full payment about a month or two before arrival. They accept credit cards, but will charge a 5% processing fee. If you have any extra charges on site at the camp, they will also take credit cards with the added 5%fee. Wonderful experience. Mara Bush camp is great.
