My friends and I booked with this hotel mostly because of the very affordable rate. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the tents - they are not luxury but clean and reasonably sized. The food was delicious and ample. At night there is a bonfire and opportunity to inte

Fabulous! We had a wonderful guide/driver named Thomas. Everything was so well organised from pick up to the journeys to and from Enchoro, meals, accommodation and fabulous game drives. We found this to be AMAZING value! While accom is quite quirky in a huge permanent style tent,

I was collected from the Airport at 4.30 am, and went for breakfast with the driver who was brilliant! Later we went to the offices to pay for the rest of the trip and then loaded up and set off for the camp. I was on a tour, organised by Roselyne, who is a fantastic lady! Nothin

Stayed here while on safari with my partner in 2018. Location is good as it is very close to the gate, so to get an early start on your safari is easy. However, getting here is a bit of a chore as the roads are quite poor, but that’s the case for all the accommodation around here

We first contacted Enchoro Wildlife Camp for accommodation only but we were surprised to know that they offer safari packages as well. This made our work so much easier.

Roselyne responded to all our silly questions without tire and within we new it, our safari was set.

We just had the same experience! (We arranged a 2 night stay at Enchoro)... Driver showed up late in Nairobi. Switched our itinerary. Merged us with other guests. Changed our driver. Etc.. Etc... BEWARE of the tour company you use.. (We used "Edward" and his driver "Tom"... They over-promised, under-delivered, and over-charged... NEVER again!)
Noted and just to let you know that we only provided accommodation to Edward who booked you and your tour was not organized by Enchoro Wildlife Camp. Enchoro Wildlife Camp only provided accommodation to Edward who was your urgent. We've also posted a warning on the front of our home page warning travellers of agent pretending to be agent of Enchoro Wildlife Camp and this can easily be found at the top of our webgage

Hi I am going to be traveling in September staying at Enchoro and would like to know if the electricity time you mentioned 6:00pm - 10:00pm is at a common area and everyone has to wall hug or do you have electricity in your tent?
We provide both hot and cold shower throughout the day, water is harvested from our well source and pumped to our safe storage tanks; generator for lighting and charging your cameras or cell phones for free, our security is sufficient and reliable.

"Our room was just wow (Serengeti)"
"You are sleeping in a huge tent with the wonderful animal sounds of the reserve. Bring earplugs!"
"Rooms further away from the dining area are quieter. Ensure that you bring a spot light, soap and bathroom slippers to avoid disappointment!"
"Choose the rooms that in the middle like the Mt. Kenya and Mt. Elgon they are smart."
"No electricity within the Mara region and no sockets in the rooms (makes sense) so carry a power bank"
$68 - $95 (Based on Average Rates for a Standard Room)
