We had such an amazing time at Camp Oloshaiki in the Masai Mara! The staff treated us exceptionally well and the game drives were incredible - highly recommended! Even after 10 years on the job, our driver Bernard (Tosha Safari) seemed to be having the time of his life and was so knowledgeable about the animals, terrain and obviously the culture. A highlight for us was the staff singing the infamous 'Jambo, Jambo Bwana' song to celebrate the start of our honeymoon and marriage. Hats off to you guys, we loved every moment of our time spent with you. See you again soon hopefully

Very large tents with 2 four poster beds with mosquito nets. Huge bathroom/dressing room area, with nice hot showers. Cross the bridge over the river and you are in the Masai Mara national park. You have a limited view of the park from the tents, but you can see some animals and you can hear lots of animals at night. There are security guards at night to ensure that the animals don't cross into the camp at night. There is a nice dining and camp fire area, with a nice selection of food. My only negative comment about this place is that a fire burned right behind our tent slot of the time to heat the water for the showers, so the tent was very smokey, which wouldn't have bothered me for 1 night but we were there 3 nights. The chefs made us nice packed lunches for our safari days and the staff were pleasant. There were a lot of animals in close proximity to the lodge, so it was a great position within the park itself.

The staff are the highlight of this camp. They are such great fun, lovely and all and all genuine people! We left feeling like we had made good friends. They went out of their way to makes us have the best stay possible. Our rooms were stunning. Looking over a lake where we never knew what animal to expect walking by! Having breakfast amongst the baboons in trees and the zebras and giraffes in the distances. I can't possibly fault this gorgeous place!

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful trip to the Maasai Mara and we stayed at Camp Oloshaiki. We were a large group of 7 adults and 5 children. This is a challenge for any resort but the people at Camp Oloshaiki were only to happy to help however they could. The camp put us up in great accommodation over looking the Talek river in rooms shaded by large trees. The rooms were large and comfortable and very cool even in the middle of a hot day. The showers were hot and strong especially needed to wash the dust off after a great game drive. Nothing was too much for the wonderful people of this camp. They helped organise our game drives and we can only commend the drivers especially Evans who took exceptional care to ensure we saw as many animals as he could (we were very lucky we did get to see all of the big 5). On arriving back at the camp in the evening a wonderful meal was ready for us. In fact all meals were amazing. Lunch was served under the beautiful tree canopy and there was so much selection all tastes are catered for. The special touch at this camp is many of the staff are Maasai. They are an exceptional group of people. So friendly and accommodating. They befriended all of the children in our group and greeted us always with a wonderful smile. This holiday could only be described as AMAZING. Beautiful memories were made for all the members of my family and I am sure this is mostly due to the staff and facilities of Camp Oloshaiki. Thank you.
