I echo pretty much all of the previous reviews of Arnold's lovely establishment. Rooms are ridiculously affordable (~15kSh/night) given that an awesome breakfast is included. The house is centrally located close to the jetty, and rooms and bathrooms themselves are neat and clean for Lamu. Rooms can indeed get a bit hot, but there are ceiling fans which help. Arnold...

Thank you Arnold And Adam. My family had a great time during December holidays at your place. Thanks for all your advice on where to go, visit and eat in Lamu. It was very useful for us. We really loved your roof top, the view is beautiful and nice breeze. Kids enjoyed hanging there. The highlight of our trip was...

The room was excellent, even though it can get a bit hot in there. But there is a ceiling fan so sleeping was comfortable enough. Great breakfast prepaired especially for you depending on your choice. Arnold is very helpful! He gives a thorough introduction to Lamu on arrival and has several tours and activities to choose from. I joined the...

Thanks to Arnold and Adam for the great time spent in Jambo. Very nice room, clean, and a beautiful terrace on the roof. ARNOLD give a lot of useful information about about kenya tours. Lamu is probably one of the best city of kenya.

Can't recommend this place enough - Arnold has done an outstanding job at JamboHouse. Abdu, who works with owner Arnold, met me at the airport, helping me get onto the boat and to the B&B. The rooms are rustic but super-clean, spacious and comfortable, with fans to help beat the heat. The breakfasts are delicious and wholesome, and Adamum Arnold's...

Since we planned our trip, he helped us step by step. We always like to visit new places, but if we had another occasion to go, we'd definitely go back. We...

The room we stayed in was clean and had a private bathroom. The rooftop deck is the best part of the house- get some breeze, catch the sunset and sunrise, meet new people and of course run into the lovely host. Easy access from the pier. The host can organise accompanied walks in the town, dhow rides, walks to the...
