We stayed as a family with multiple rooms for a few nights at the start of our holiday & safari and were very happy with our choice. The rooms were very nice & spacious, clean and with good facilities all in good condition - bathrooms were great and provided with all the usual amenities. The location is good for visiting the tourist highlights in Nairobi, being within a fairly short drive to the Elephant Sanctuary, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum as well as Nairobi National Park and a number of shopping and local handicrafts centres. The gardens and general ambience of Fair Acres were very pleasant and relaxed and made for a nice place to sit outside and enjoy some quiet time with a drink and snacks. The included buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty and was enjoyed by all. We also tried lunch in the restaurant off the menu once which sadly wasn't of the same standard, and so we avoided it after that other than for the great breakfast. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Fair Acres as our first hotel in Kenya and happy to recommend.

From the moment we began planning our workshop at the Fair Acres Boutique Hotel, the experience was remarkable. Our pre-arrival communications were met with prompt and detailed responses, catering to every need, from quotations to additional room requests and assisting with document requirements for visa applications for our participants.
Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly accommodating and caring team that ensured our 7-day stay was comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, leaving all 20 participants thoroughly satisfied. The workshop facilities on the roof were perfect for our needs, providing a conducive environment for productive sessions.
The meals at the hotel were delightful. Our participants were consistently impressed with the variety and flavour of the dishes served.
Even after our stay, the team's commitment to excellence was evident. They remained responsive to our additional administrative needs, ensuring that every loose end was tied up seamlessly.
Our stay at the Fair Acres Boutique Hotel was simply excellent. We are genuinely grateful for the hospitality extended to us. We will undoubtedly consider the Fair Acres Boutique Hotel for our future conferences and workshops—a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our experience so special.

Comfortable, Clean and top notch service. We had a one night stay here, on our way to the Masai Mara. These guys made sure that it was made as comfortable as possible. Wouldn’t have minded staying another night to enjoy the hospitality further. Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Considering we made a booking just a few days earlier, they really went out of their way to accommodate us and make it a really special day for us. Can I say enough good things about this place and the staff? I felt so at home and how precise everyone was. How everyone catered to me and made sure I was doing ok at all times. Didnt get to enjoy the bar though they had top shelf liquor, not most places have this. Kudos to the manager for an excellent team, customer service is everything. Cant wait to return in the summer. I seriously did not want to leave my bed, too comfortable and the bathroom, ofcourse just what you need after a long day

I booked my stay with Norah who was great. I had taken my dad n mum and needed few extra help due to their age, she was very accommodative and helpful. From booking, check in and check out. The hotel Hotel is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
