Great service, the food is fresh and amazing, rooms are very clean. Loved my stay and will definitely be coming back! One issue though, the Wi-Fi connectivity from the rooms. Please improve on that. Thank you

this is a wonderful hotel i could not imagine. i stayed at Hotel Rio for three nights and i found that is more than a home a way from home. The food was fresh, well cooked and presented professionally. I got a chance to interact with the head chef, chef Stanley and is so kind and really knows his job well. The rooms were at the top spacious and with all expectations. What a wonderful staff, so friendly and jovial always. The hotel is a super place to be. near to the Wilson airport, minutes to Central Business District, Nairobi national park as well as JKIA.I liked everything. When in Nairobi i will be residing at Hotel Rio.

HOTEL RIO is a superb hotel. The staff are very professional, courtoues and friendly. The ambience of the hotel is excellent. Rio provides a serene environment for meetings and even that very special time when one wants to be alone so as to have time to reflect or even finish important assignments. The food is superbly cooked and presented...The Executive Chef , StanleyThuci and his staff do a wonderful job....You can get mouth watering cuisines from all over Africa, Middle East, India and Europe. The rooms are modern and spacious.

Had a such awesome stay at Hotel Rio. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The meals are tailored to ones needs and their menu is all inclusive to carter for people from all walks of life. The hotel is conducive for all forms of activities such as conferences and business meetings. It is also the best choice for those looking to be in a quiet and relaxing environment. It super super clean too!!

The rooms were very comfortable and very good staff. Hotel Rio is close to Wilson airport which is where I was flying from, also Yaya Center for those who prefer small shopping malls. The food is great too especially if you want a bit of local cuisine.

my stay here was relaxing. I was picked at the airport by the hotel shuttle and the driver Mr. Patrick was very humble and helpful. The receptionists & the housekeeping staff were friendly, I felt at home. Rooms are also clean and the food sumptuous, it was simply ana amazing stay.

Good location, very good customer service at the reception and around the hotel, Rooms were very clean (generally housekeeping is excellent), and breakfast was excellent. Was impressed with Covid - 19 protocols in place and adherence to SOPs.

The service was great, staff were friendly especially Joseph the bar man. The meal was delicious and well prepared. The security was up to detail, with surveillance cameras installed all round the hotel. The location is also convenient given the proximity to the CBD.
