Four days stay with my fiancé, the staff were friendly, I loved the breakfast and the room service. But could do better, there should be a Porter to carry luggage and they should offer powered milk as an amenity in the room.

seriously, the customer service and cleanliness is outstanding...not to mention the view. I booked here the first night in Nairobi and loved it. I was so upset about another booking on my last night in Nairobi that I went back here at 3am and they took me in with warm open arms. Thank you!

This is a small but beautifully maintained hotel. Great workshop place but the only drawback is the reconstruction going on along waiyaki way. This brings a lot of dust and very heavy traffic. A few months from now it may be the place to go to for major workshops of up to 100 people

Recently had an overnight stay here and I must say, I’ve had better. For one, the room left a lot to be desired. It smelt of petrichor due to the dust, the bed linens were quite worn out, not to mention the torn pillow case. The room was quite small and there wasn’t even a bin in it. The check in and check out was however very smooth so I’ll have to give them that. The decor was also semi-decent. All in all, for a brief stay and for the rate, it’s not entirely terrible.

I didn't know about this place until today. Though I was there for a short stay, I really loved the place. Such lovely staff, excellent ambience, clean rooms, the rooms are exactly as per the photos shown. I will definitely go back for some more alone time.
