I loved that the hotel was located next to the Karura Forest. We had booked a room overlooking the forest but when we arrived very late at night we were told the forest view rooms were full. We were moved two days later. Both rooms were wonderful. If you are from America don't forget your adapter! The staff was always...

Me and my partner stayed in Westwood hotel for 4 nights in January. The best part of the hotel is it's backyard - lots of greenery, far from the town, forest behind the backyard. I also liked the design of the lobby and the room wasn't bad also. I did not like the breakfast unfortunately - although it supposed to...

have really nice rooms, the place is tranquil and located next to karura forest. Go out of their way to please honeymooners. their food is ordinary nothing very special and can feel lonely on weekdays since its more of a business travelers hotel.

I visited this hotel for business and meeting and I can say it's one of the best budget business hotels in Westlands. I would like to commend the guests relation officer, I think she's called Ann and Kate for exemplary service. I also got to ride with Reinard who was a great driver and company. Keep this up guys! If...

Nice hotel, good sized rooms. A small pool, good wifi connections. In a so called entertainment district. Breakfast is good, but be there in time...food tends to run out. A little far from everything, but the closest shopping mall is a walking distance away.

Massive comfortable beds and large rooms are what strike you initially about this hotel. The location is quiet and its a short taxi ride to the Westgate mall. The hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable but at the time I went, the hotel has not renewed its fees for access to the Karura forest behind. The negatives are: There is...

Paid online on hotels.com. When I arrived their system was down so could not locate my details so they took down the booking details and handed me the key. Had only arrived in the room for about 30mins and received a call from reception asking whether i had really made a booking with hotels.com as they could not trace it....

This location of this hotel sloping down to a river with a view to Karua Forest is beautiful. Restaurant food is excellent. However, the rooms in a sense interestingly designed, but a little odd as well... and materials used could need a shape up. Funny colours. It seems there is a lack of maintenance and cleaning. The safe was not...

My husband and I had a blast soaking in the scenery in their beautifully manicured garden enjoying their mouth watering pork. All this was however short lived as what seemed like an altercation between some male supervisor and a female wait staff right there in front of us resulting to a better exchange of words. It left a very foul...
