Ngong house was a rare experience. Spent a day at the place and was quite impressed with the tree houses and lunch on the grounds. They have very friendly dogs (I'm a dog lover). The food was nice but the ambiance of the place has to be its best feature. The only rude shock was when we went to pay... More

This is individualized and professional services at its best. This place caters to your every need. There is a chef on staff that will wait for your arrival from the airport. It is a wonderful place to get a little out of the city. Comfortable all around, wonderful hosts, amazing food if any of my friends were visiting Nairobi, I... More

We stayed again with visitors after a day in Nairobi National Park and we were not disappointed. Great staff, good food, beautiful surroundings and a really unique experience staying in a treehouse. Highly recommended!

I was going to give this establishment a better review based on its price point of $200 per night as quoted. Only at checkout when we received the bill did it transpire to be $200 PER PERSON per night! Is the Ngong House worth this money? Absolutely not! For $200 per night I would say the food is nice, the... More

We spent three nights here and it was magical. We were greeted with dinner by the fire when we arrived, even though it was after 11:00 pm! The treehouse was ingenious and beautiful--we saw others more recently built that were even more creative. Everything very comfortable. (Would have been nice to have in-room tea-making capabilities; even though they are happy... More

We came back to Ngong as we had an excellent stay during our previous safari. We were not disappointed with our second stay, the magic is still there! Not so far away, out of the city, you unplug right away. Warm beds at night, you feel like a child again in the tree house and let yourself start dreaming! Excellent... More

When you plan a safari you are often faces with the choice of a hotel in the city for the first or the last night. We had to do the same when we visited Kenya.. but we hate big hotels.. especially in Africa, you want that "Safari" feel from day 1 and with Ngong House with hit the nail on... More

We visited in August 2015 and were pleasantly surprised! It offered good food and drinks were served as indicated on their website "All inclusive". It was perfect for a short break within Nairobi limits. It was hence natural that we decided to relive the first pleasant experience. This was not to be in our second visit in September 2015! The... This was our first destination in Nairobi on 5th July 2015. When we entered the Gate, we didn't know where we were heading. But when we stepped inside, found out to be a great boutique place. We didn't stay here but had our Lunch in their Garden. Met the Owner who is from Belgium. They have several cottages, Tree houses... More
