We stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights so that we could visit The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage after a 2 week holiday in Mombasa. From check in to check out was a nice experience. Our premier suite 1503 was lovely as were the restaurants and bars. We used the hotels taxi service for our visit to The Elephant...

Stayed at this hotel for one day. It was described to us as a vintage 5 star hotel but was quite disappointed. On the plus side, the room was spacious, a suite with a bedroom, the food at the restaurant was ok, and the location of the hotel. On the down side, very serious plumbing issues. When you open a...

I stayed at the Nairobi Safari Club hotel for six nights on a business trip to Kenya. The hotel is centrally located close to the University, shops and businesses.I was offered a room on the 14 th floor which afforded me a good view of the bustling neighborhood. The room was a suite which although well kept, was however dated and is showing signs...

I stayed on 8th of December with my wife and two Kids.Having stayed here before, there is a huge improvement in service delivery and follow up of guests requests. Having arrived late, the reception team were able to quickly check me in and recognise me as a repeat client. My kids felt at home with all our special dietary requirements well met...

This Hotel was chosen as it was centrally located and within walking distance of the National Museum. The staff were courteous and helpful. I had the breakfast included and it was lovely with lots of variety. The executive suite; sitting room, bedroom and bathroom, was spacious with a view overlooking the University. The road outside was busy but didn't affect...

Great food, great staff, great service. But the seat covers at the conference room could have been better. Everything about the conferencing was very well handled and I would recommend it for anyone wishing to hold a meeting for 150 pax. The facility is clean and well maintained.
