Living in Kenya, the hustle and bustle can get too much sometimes. Being a member here has saved my sanity. The pool is heated and well maintained (there's also a small kiddie pool), the gym has a nice view and is well equipped, the food is delicious and the fresh ice cream range is just the best. The immaculate golf... More

I have absolutely no idea what this hotel is about. Luxury. Definitely not. A golfer's paradise absolutely not. A conference centre perhaps. Certainly not somewhere anyone would wish to spend their leisure time. Service almost non existent (other than Mary in the restaurant) . We arrived at Windsor after two separate stays in the week at the Hemingway. Price similar... More

Driving in - very security conscious with cars and passengers thoroughly checked before entry to main driveway. This place gives the appearance it has been here for quite some time, decorated in a type of British/Tudor standard, but it is not that old and offers 5 star accommodation not to mention the golfing side of the business. Stayed here as... More

A visit to this place always amazing. Very relaxing destination. Variety of activities for all ages. Shooting golf the course is fantastic. Swimming pool is heated with correct temperatures to suit different weather. Staff always very warm and welcoming everywhere. Food mouthwatering. Will definitely keep coming

My husband and I spent the first night of our honeymoon here, and we were treated very well. From the time we made our booking, Stephen Mburu, one of the concierge's, was extremely kind to us and helpful. He made our spa appointments and ensured we were having a good time. One disappointing thing though, was the spa and massage... More

The Windsor is a sprawling colonial style hotel outside Nairobi. The rooms are a good size and have good large desks for working - although the lighting is limited. Wi Fi is great throughout the hotel and staff are friendly. The walking tracks are great - although its a pain collecting a wrist band to show that you are staying... More

No complimentary tea/coffee in the room and no mini-bar? That's quite surprising. I ordered hummus and dessert through room service and both were not fresh. The hotel also asks to pay for the stay in advance.

This hotel is a large country club type property centred around what looks like a magnificent golf course. Not being a golfer, I cant comment on the course, but it certainly looks beautiful and well maintained. There are also safe running tracks. Security is first rate, which is important when staying in or near Nairobi. It is about 30 -... More

The perfect setting for a breakfast meeting with outstanding service and a hearty buffet breakfast. There were several corporate groups ,from Stima Sacco to East African Breweries top management all planning their annual stategies yet the service was seemless. Last time we dropped by the carpets and deco seemed a tad dated,so it was a pleasure to see them renovating the... More

A multi sport hotel facility. The staff are charming, tehe meals are average but there are a number of bars around the sprawling facilities. The rooms are comfortable and big overlooking the golf course. It was real fun and security was tight on the approach with coordinated foot patrols on the facility.
