Business trip for three weeks.... Hotel in the middle of wetlands, near two big shopping malls. Staff were friendly and polite, Food was good and the rooms are large enough. Its good if your working around west lands otherwise traffic is terrible. I was working in Upperhill and it would take hours to reach the hotel.

Business trip for several consecutive days.... I wanted to avoid security issues with large hotels in the city center that belong to large international chains or where you feel like a prisoner because you cannot go out by foot. - easy booking, excellent value for money (negotiated room price) - well situated in Westlands, close to 2 shopping malls in...

We decided to stay the night in Nairobi before travelling back to UK - otherwise it would have meant leaving the Diani Beach resort around 11pm and travelling overnight with little / no sleep. This is a great hotel with all the staff very cheerful and would do anything to help. We had a lovely meal and drinks outside which...

I was lucky to stay in the Jacaranda, upon arrival the security team, receptionists, doorman, check in staff, were more than professional and welcoming. The hotel itself is built of a high standard, rooms are large, beds very comfortable, desk area to work, wifi is strong. The restaurant needs an extra mention. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning with...

It is a good business hotel with an appropriate location. Staff, food, Hospitality, Rooms, Cleanliness is just fine. I was here for 4 days and have become a regular since then. This is an appropriate hotel for business travellers.

Didn't really enjoy my stay too much here. I was happy to leave. The plumping is terrible here absolutely no pressure in shower 🚿 only about 4 stains of water. My shower was broken they came to fix it but didn't do a very good job. Ended up having baths for the three nights we stayed. The food was ok...

We stayed here for 2 nights on the start of a G Adventures safari. As it was part of our package we can't comment on the price/value. The hotel is well secured with guards & gates at all entrances and the gardens are attractive and well maintained. There is a mall in the street behind the hotel that is an...

This Hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Nairobi. Not the best i can say. As this hotel is located at the city center so the connectivity to offices becomes easy. This hotel is good for business travelers. It has good gym and swimming pool.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Westlands, next to Sarit Centre (shopping mall). It's an ideal gateway if you are driving to west-north: Naivasha, Nakuru, etc. to avoid morning traffic through the city centre. The hotel is quite nice although not cheep compare to the other hotels in Nairobi of the same class. What was really disappointing is...
