Lovely place with charming staff that look after you really well. I've actually went to every bar and every restaurant, and loved each one of them. The staff there is spot on. Look for Teddy, Alfred, Victor and Hellen to name a few

It was a wonderful experience and the entire team was very welcoming, supportive and caring. I was with my old mom and they made her feel special, safe, adored and appreciated. We received a great treatment and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast, afternoon snacks, dinner, bar, wellness, shuttle, name it all, was fantastic. Stephen at guest relations was exceptionally helpful not forgetting Simon and his colleagues at concierge. Lawrence Chauffeur, Chef Janet and Jane were amazing too. Food in both restaurants; Luca and the Arabic one were really good. We truly appreciated your support Kempinski team in Nairobi. We will be back rest assured.

We really loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we return to Nairobi (which we would also love to do). We booked the hotel for our last night to ensue a comfortable sleep and a restful day. The hotel and its staff delivered on every aspect with a friendly and efficient check in and wonderful, helpful staff throughout. We had a late flight so paid extra for a late check out which was very worth it for us. We made use of the pool and gym as well as the beautiful room. A complimentary mini bar and fruit is provided and our room was even refreshed on the morning of our check out which was a nice touch. We were celebrating an anniversary and the hotel gifted us a lovely cake and some snacks which was very kind. We dined in Lucca and had a lovely meal. You can use this even if you don’t stay at the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and efficient. Thanks for everyone for a great stay.…

Such a nice hotel! All the amenities are on point! Spa service is excellent, Edell massage was amazing. The lady at the front desk at the spa (I truly wish I can remember her name) is really exceptional at her job. Breakfast is amazing and Merci is the best, she anticipated all my needs! Overall, everybody was so nice! I highly recommend this place for everyone in the area!!!
