Came early, alone, ahead of humanitarian group trip. Felt comfortable & safe from the minute I arrived. Enjoyed the grounds & the restaurant & the bar & especially the helpful staff who looked after me so well until my companions arrived a few days later. Have stayed in several different hotels in Nairobi over the years but must say that... More

The garden of Gracia is very nice as is the breakfast and the food on offer generally. The conference facilities are also quite nice and certainly more than fulfil their purpose. The rooms are fairly large and quite nice but watch out for holes in the mosquito nets in some of them. As a 194cm/100kilo person I often struggle to... More

Our group stayed here for just over a week, and we really enjoyed the hospitality. The rooms were cozy, albeit with hard beds. Showers were moderately warm, but it was refreshing after a long day out working clinics. The setting is very park-like, with a beautiful swimming pool and lush garden areas complete with waterfalls. The food was good, especially... More

Nice place within the city buy it gives you the feeling of out of the city. The food is awesome, staff are great and the atmosphere is very good. Good for meetings inside the rooms and outside and ideal for brainstorm sessions or individual assignments. The challenging bit is the parking

Gracia Gardens is a wonderful hotel in a convenient Nairobi location. It is aptly named - the grounds are beautiful. There are flowers along all the stone pathways and a fountain outside the lounge as well as a swimming pool. It is quiet and peaceful in the midst of the city. I have stayed there twice and been very happy.... More

The grounds of Gracia Gardens are beautiful, so many flowers, nice pool. It's also in a nice neighborhood. The price is good when traveling on a budget. The room we had was #23 and it was very small and the bed horrible hard. I also woke up with so many bug bites even though we used the bug netting and... More

I've stayed at Gracia four times in the last two years. The best thing is the green space which is rare for Nairobi...if the place was upgraded and professionally run it could compete with Fairview. Unfortunately it is run down and tired with electrical sockets falling off the walls and stains on the walls. A little bit of paint and... More

The setting of this hotel is very tranquil. It appears to be in a quiet area. I stayed here as it had been booked for me by a local travel agency, Rooms are OK. The one I had did not have AC. Breakfast was absolutely superb. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Stayed three nights on business. Staff was friendly & helpful at all times. Lighting in room was adequate at best, as there is no night table lamp. Chair at desk was clunky & heavy = uncomfortable. Bath had wonderful hot water (solar), bar soap was provided but no other toiletries (shampoo, etc). Towels were clean but starting to wear, getting... More
