The hotel staff were very welcoming and made our stay as stress-free as possible. The hotel is in an excellent location, it's tucked away from noisy major roads, but close enough to nearby malls and restaurants if you want to go explore. The hotel itself felt very safe and the room we stayed in was spacious, very comfortable and quiet.
The food at the rooftop restaurant was excellent, with a great selection of dishes, well prepared and generous portions. The waiting staff were attentive and provided impeccable service to us during our frequent visits to the restaurant.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nairobi. A huge thanks to all the staff at Clarence House for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed at Clarence House during a two-week holiday in Kenya. Our group stayed in one of the 2 bedroom units which provided a wonderful amount of space. One of the highlights of the room was the in unit washer dryer which saved the hassle of traveling home with dirty clothing.
The staff at Clarence are all warm and attentive making our stay exceptionally smooth.
One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the roof top entertainment area. It was wonderful being able to enjoy a meal in the sunshine during the day, and unwind with friends with food and drink at night. We spent a considerable amount of free-time in the space and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
Overall, this is a wonderful and peaceful place for anyone looking to spend time in Nairobi. I would highly recommend staying at Clarence and cannot wait to return.

My family and friends had the best time at this magnificent hotel in Nairobi. Close vicinity to most malls and business centers in Nairobi. Service was top notch. We were served in a timely manner, food was always hot and fresh. Rooms are cleaned every day. Wi Fi is fast with no interrupted service. This hotel has ample parking space. The security was at beyond 💯💯. The staff is very respectful of clients privacy. The pool is warm, treated as needed. I would recommend this hotel to all, trully a must stay next time I visit Kenya.

Serene environment and away from the city. Our referee Ann was very helpful in booking us the excellent rooftop spot with family privacy . She made sure we have the required space to accommodate us without distress with our kids being available as well. The food was amazing( really amazing). Had us order for another round. Thanks to our service lady Liz who made sure we had timely services on order. The Bar , managed by Mike was a joy. From the cocktails (alcoholic and non) to the rest of the drinks and accompaniments we had makes it a place you want to go back again. The facilities including the heated rooftop swimming is appealing especially to families with little ones. Clarence house thanks for hosting us. Thank you Ann for the reference and making yourself available for us to have the best of service rendered. I recommend the willing parties to try this place out. Zero regrets that's an assurance

They had an open WiFi connection which some of us were not comfortable using. The staff cares. They're concerned with making sure everything is up to standard and ask before executing. Our waiter Gibon was professional and clearly communicates any available alternatives if your order is not available at the moment. The chefs made well grilled and salted ribs, and the fruit pallet dessert was on point.

Day two served by Maureen the supervisor she was on point and l can assure you that was a Five star class keep it up u good decoram and she cleared my tablet promptly and ask if l need any help.

My kitchen cabinet that was delicious and yummy l enjoyed all meals loved your soup the chicken was well done and the potatos nicely marinated

It May be unavoidable but there's too much splashing at the pool. It can be uncomfortable when you're trying to eat and have to worry about your food getting splashed. Maybe put clear barriers at the side of the pool to reduce the splashes getting to the tables

We had a birthday party at the start of this month , I loved the reception right from the front desk by Gaudencia, she was very welcoming, I really enjoyed the serene environment, the fresh food and the lounge was quite spacious perfect for our small private party. Our attendant of the day Ann was very Friendly and available anytime we needed her. I enjoyed the experience there and would definitely comeback,also would recommend this facility

Recently stayed a couple of nights at Clarence House and would certainly recommend. It is a relaxing secure oasis not far from the main highway and yet still close to the hustle and bustle of Nairobi whether you are there for shopping or business. The rooms are well appointed, spacious and cleaned to a very high standard.
The roof top terrace has indoor and outdoor seating and offers great views over the city. There was a wide variety of food on offer, all cooked freshly with good sized portions. All the staff I met were friendly and keen to provide a good service. I would not hesitate to go back.
