Beautiful grounds, spacious suites, nice pool and spa. Service is impeccable by your own Butler. We arrived very late and the restaurant remained open just for us. Breakfast in your own suite or balcony is included in the rate!!!

Upon arrival no porters available to assist with unloading our luggage / our driver had to do this! No staff at reception initially to greet us/ After a dusty 3 hour drive all we wanted was a cold water & cold face washer! When requested we were told this is not how we do it! And would be provided this...

Hemingways isn't strictly Kenyan in feel: it's more formal and much more architecturally elegant than most restaurants you find in Nairobi. The peppermint green and white building has a South African feel, which isn't to everyone's taste. But the food is utterly delicious and the dining experience intimate beneath those lofty ceilings. Knowing it was an anniversary dinner, the staff...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hemmingways .Our welcome was warm and welcoming, check in seamless The. Butler and a golf cart ready to take us to our room. The suites were fully occupied but their deluxe rooms where we stayed are just lovely As a seasoned traveler and a hotelier I could not fault my experience at...

The food at this place is exceptional. Fresh and unique and considering the level of the experience quite reasonable. Try the prawns on a skewer or any of the lamb dishes and be ready for a treat. Wine selection is quite adequate with a nice selection of South Africans by the bottle or glass. The rooms at the hotel are...

First class facilities, great service, friendly people and great food. Very close to numerous attractions yet you feel away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. Great food too ! Our room included a living room and a deck that were quite elegant. We loved our stay there !

Hemingways in Nairobi is pure luxury. With a grand entrance, expansive grounds, gorgeous pool, and lots of comfy couches to sink into, this is a fabulous place to stay. It is expensive, but worth the money. You are hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi and within 30 minutes of the airport. Rooms are large, have lots of...

The spa is absolutely awesome! Had a full body scrub and massage that was absolutely heavenly. The outdoor resting area which overlooks the Ngong Hills is lovely and we took in all that beauty as we sipped on some tea after the massage - absolute bliss
