It is a well equipped hotel with all amenities of hotels in its class. My disappointment was with the poor service in the room. Dirty cups took long to be taken away and replaced with clean ones. That includes the restocking of the beverages. Also, I keep wondering why hotels have limited power sockets and none nearest to the bed.... More

Honestly, this place has no excuse for providing poor services. Their prices are premium, I just wish the services and food were too. I have been here twice and each time I left disappointed. They did not have most of the foods on the menu and what they had took forever to arrive. I did not enjoy my experience at... More

This hotel might be owned by the Kenya Red Cross, but I have to give it a black cross after my recent visit. I usually stay downtown but wanted a hotel closer to the airport as I was arriving from the UK in the evening and leaving for Addis very early the next morning. The pick up from the airport... More

My room was comfortable, had a window that could open, and therefore, I had no use for AC. Room was always very well cleaned, amenities always replaced. Tea/coffee was available in the room. In case one required any mini bar items, you had to call reception to stock the fridge. Comfortable bed. Good size TV. Comfortable reading chairs and desk.... More

On a recent trip with GoAhead Tours we were in and out of this hotel 3 times within 2 weeks. On all 3 occasions the service, facilities and food were excellent. The rooms were always spotless and ready when we arrived, the hotel was quiet, and the food service was top notch. The only minor issue I experienced was the... More

With all of Nairobi's traffic, the location of your hotel is extremely important. Boma is, by far, the best hotel to stay at if you are only coming to Nairobi for a short stop over before heading on safari. It meets the expectations of a 4/5 star counterpart in Europe or the U.S. Great service, continental cuisine, fine dining restaurant,... More

This is my 5th visit to The Boma and the complex, the home of the Kenya Red Cross. SO should you stay at The Boma or the Boma Inn on site you will be giving to an NGO! I come to The Boma to run humanitarian events and as always the staff in the hotel and the conference centre provide... More

This was my 4th overnight stay at the Boma Inn. The service I have received was excellent. The timeously shuttle service with friendly well spoken safe drivers and well looked after vehicles, to the warm welcoming to the Boma Inn on arrival. The staff always willing and eager to assist with your luggage to reception. The staff at reception service... More

On a recent safari tour in Kenya and Tanzania, we stayed at the Boma several nights at the beginning of our tour and midway and at the end of our tour, we had a day room for a few hours before our transfer to the airport. All of those times, we were happy with the hotel, the food was good... More

Hospitality has now become a new front in the fight against human suffering. Kenya Red Cross Society has taken this concept to the next level with the launch of The Boma Nairobi. This is a luxury deluxe hotel with an adjoining conference centre offering world-class hospitality, having every penny of profit funding the KRCS’s humanitarian work.
