In the price you don't get what you pay for and if you argue, there is a lot of excuses, already raised my concern and thoughts in the survey they sent. Service personal for cleaning rooms, Executive Lounge, Bar at the pool, top class and friendly. Breakfast in the morning in the lobby not so exciting, plus waiters forgetting to... More

Good location and experience. Well recommended. Hotel was focal point in Ticad seminar, so very busy and parking was very crowded. Focus on visiting dignataries instead of guests not good. You pay to stay at the hotel, but are a second class citizen compared to government and even NGO people. Not good value for money.

The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The food in the restaurant was amazing, excellent buffet breakfast and really good burgers in the pub.The staff are amazing and willing to help with anything. We had James from the Hilton guide us for a day. Once he found out that we were missing a bag from the connecting flight from... More

Hotel seems to be surviving due to its locational advantage and glory of the by gone era, the rooms as well as the bathrooms are quipped with fixtures & furniture which one has seen in 1970 era in five stars of those times. The location being in center of the CBD is a big plus for those wanting to be... More

This hotel is in a good central location in Nairobi and is clearly aimed at the business traveller. Nothing really stands out about the hotel itself, but the bar area is pretty cool and its certainly worth hanging out there and enjoying the great local beer (Tusker).

We stayed at the Hilton for one night after a lengthy safari and was disappointed. The hotel is old and cranky. Staff are a little u accommodating and didn't adapt to our needs as a family. Example - we struggled to get a plug for our bathroom so were unable to bath the baby who has a skin condition and... More

Two of us stayed at the Hilton for our last night in Nairobi and we had a great time. The front desk team, especially Irene and Sandra were amazing. As they didn't have a double available, they upgraded us to a large single that opened up to the pool deck. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was large... More

I stayed at the Hilton because of the famous name for my first trip to Kenya back in March. It's like stepping back in time. The hotel is obviously relatively old and is in major need of updating. My colleague and I were very tired from a long day traveling and just wanted to rest however the first thing we... More
