Great experience at the Shalom Guest house. Yes it is total Shalom. Peaceful and has good proximity. Not far from the airport either. Great place to have quiet retreats and of-course rest. Try it and you out.

Shalom House is a peaceful place to stay in Nairobi, with all the confort, wi-fi, different kind of restaurant Africa, Italian and international food. The position is a bit outside the town, but near shopping center and turistic place.

Best place to be in Nairobi! Good location, connection very quick to the relevant motorways, quiet place and I always feel very safe there. Best staff ever , they let you feel home, and very nice food in the restaurant.

I've just returned from another great experience at Shalom Guest House. I lead a medical mission trip each summer. We always stay at Shalom- the staff and accommodations are perfect for our humanitarian team. This trip was with one other friend and we decided to stay at Shalom. The rooms are clean and comfortable, each with an en suite bathroom....

The Shalom House is definately a guesthouse to consider when you want a save and quite place to stay for a couple of days. It isn't a luxery hotel, but that does apply to the price per night too. It is a great place to stay for a few days prior to or after a Safari or a visit to...

When we turned of the main road towards Shalom House, I was disappointed but the disappointment was short lived, once we entered the gates, the place looked misplaced. Shalom House is beautiful, the staff are pleasant to deal with, trust able and efficient. The room I stayed in was not perfect but for a guest house, I found it to...

Doing charity work at Cheryl's Children Home was a quick 5 minute walk away, and all the sights in Nairobi that I wanted to see were only a 15-20 minute drive from Shalom,The guest house is safe, clean, includes breakfast,...

Stayed at the Shalom House prior to a Safari. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The facility is surrounded by a tall fence and guarded entrance. We were with a reasonably large group that arrived all hours of the night - no one had significant issues with getting into their rooms. The rooms were definitely modest, generally clean....

I stayed here for a few nights after winding down from being on a road trip and exploring Africa. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Great location, walking distance to the shopping mall. Set in secure, peaceful grounds where you can watch the many bird life. Very reasonably priced, clean standard room, breakfast included and good wifi. The restaurant...

“All rooms are practically furnished and luckely with mosquitonets as there where many mosquitos. All rooms with attached bathroom an hot water. As far as I know there are no AC availiable. And also not nessesary as nights in Nairobi are still comfortable temperature wise... Internet connection on the 2nd floor better then on 1st floor. Rooms to the garden side are a bit lounder then rooms towards the garden. Desk is very helpful and patiant. i like the mixture of guests as it is not a total posh "muznugu place".”
