Was not really happy with the place. They advertised on their website that their rooms have air conditioning - arrived, found out that only certain rooms have them - would I like a fan instead? Toilets are weirdly designed - they are very narrow and they have swinging doors - so you have to squeeze yourself in somehow to use...

I understand why some people think it's okay and some think it's great. It depends on your frame of mind, largely. Staff are lovely and charming. There's a walkway, outrside the gate (ask during daylight hours) to the Village Market, a fun food court and shopping center nearby - after dark have the hotel bring you by cab 2$ Good...

Very cosy and close to the village market which is basically a shopping mall, secured area because it is close to all embassies and also close to the IOM which does medical examinations for visa requirements etc... The hotel itself isn't a luxury hotel but it does the job, cosy and welcoming, very affordable.. The breakfast is a full breakfast...

From what I understand this is the best 'value' place nestled amongst all the embassies and UN agencies in Nairobi. As you can imagine I'm sure prices in more salubrious hotels are substantially higher than here. So, you might end up in the Comfort Gardens with little choice in the matter! On the plus side, there is a pool and...

Decent, relatively inexpensive place to stay. We crash stayed here for a night during a power outage as they retained power and they fortunately had availability. You can have a nice included breakfast in the morning, food is westernized. Internet doesn't work well in the rooms, so most people came out to the common areas (dining area, concierge area) to...

I stayed at Comfort Gardens for two weeks in December 2015. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there is a large buffet breakfast each morning. Not too expensive. Not particularly good. Not that comfortable. You sleep, you eat you do something else. After all, it could be worst. And it's close to the UN Office : nothing to complain about - nothing to praise.
