The Hotel is in the heart of the city of Nairobi. Staff are very friendly. Service is superb. Their buffet-breakfast is second to none. The security at the hotel is excellent that is not to be found in other hotels. On every floor, there is a security guard. Keep it up.

Worst hotel in town, corrupt people whose services are rated as the worst. Rude managers. As a Kenyan would advice no one to stay here. It's a crap house. Low budget with poor rooms and poor security to. Worst part having strict rules and regulations on visitors.

Good hospitality, the rooms are clean but sometimes you see some bugs inside, the food isn't that bad, but i though it was better than that. No air conditioning in the rooms, they just provide you with a small stand alone one and a wall fan, and it is enough because Nairobi weather is cold mostly. in general it is... More

You gotto love some aspects of this hotel. It looks like a caricature of an old Las-Vegas style casino hotel, and comes with not one, but two attached casinos. Also, there is a great night club just on the other side of the road. Restaurant and bar rooms are huge, but service and food is not really the best. There... More

Stayed for two nights .. Rather had to stay because of prepaid booking from make my trip site. Very different than what it appears in MMT SITE and also from what hotel website shows in 360 degree videos. Under renovation not mentioned anywhere and tons of labor working on site and only one floor kept open for business . No... More

This is a budget hotel in Nairobi & I stayed there on last december. They have tight security & good fast food centres & a casino. Still rooms are small & some kind of party was going & dj performing during my stay so felt bit disturbed. I don't like there food as restaurant delivering very basic menu. Breakfast was... More

This Hotel is in a good location if you want to be near town center...... GREAT staff, especially Mr Charles (22 yr.veteran) and Stella with security. It is a little "dated"...... but staff did a good job keeping the room clean..... and the covered balcony was a plus ! DAILY "Revivals" in the meeting rooms....... got quite noisy at times....... I stayed at the Sentrim for 5 nights on a business trip. The hotel is very central and well located for amenities. It has a coffee shop in the main lobby which is handy for meetings. I only eat in the hotel once for breakfast, which was not great. The room was adequate, with a working shower, fan, fridge etc,... More

Poor bed poor breakfast and very noisy. The room phone was not working. This is my second stay. There is no sign of improvement in bed quality or the food quality. Only advantage is the hotel is situated in CBD. There are many alternates around.

Lots of choices for places to stay in Nairobi. Quite a few high end and more than a few low end properties. the 680 offers clean, comfortable and affordable accommodations in arguably the best location in the central business district of Nairobi. Close to Uhuru park, restaurants, and places to get just about anything you might need. Courteous staff, reasonable... More
