Stayed over the weekend and the service was good. Delays at the restaurant but good accommodation and service. Gertrude from the team was very nice and supportive during our stay. The morning views of the park with the tasty breakfast is really nice. Definitely would come back again, still have a pending dinner date :)

Came to the rooftop bar for a meal and drinks and also to enjoy the amazing view. Prices were high but you pay for the privilege of the view. There were no umbrellas at the tables, we couldn’t sit close to the edge and watch the animals as the sun was too hot. Asked to move chairs under the shade they refused outright, asked for a more comfortable chair and again refused outright. Was told to go sit inside, to sit inside I wouldn’t come here. The pool was closed and the reason was Covid!!! Getting tired of hearing Covid as a reason when many other places are open. Find the staff very inflexible and unwilling to accommodate the guests, it’s a “take it or leave it” type policy. When you are paying high prices you expect to be treated a little better. Hope things can change.

We went for their Sunday brunch - our expectations were high but were not met. Considering the high price point of the meal, there was too little variety. Only one soup option, limited stews, tiny servings for protein and unappealing desert. There was also a drained pool area that is hazard especially for children. The view of the park which is a selling point in their advertisements is now blocked by the new road. Since construction was ongoing it is dusty so you wouldn’t want to sit in the balcony. The staff were very warm and friendly, but the meal is definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t come back for the brunch not unless adjustments are made.
