The food was pleasant and healthy, with a decent choice for vegetarians.

All the staff I met were very lovely and helpful.

It feels safe - the gate security is thorough and the area is good.

Nice leafy city view from the bar and the bedrooms.

Comfy bed, spacious room, lovely panoramic view.

Nice 7th floor bar with sports on TV, a great view, nice menu, and friendly staff.

Short walk / Uber to a good supermarket for water, snacks, pharmacy etc.

Suggestions for improvement:
If you had watercoolers and glasses by elevators instead of small bottles in rooms, your plastic waste (and expenses) would be reduced.

Mealtimes are not communicated anywhere - perhaps you could tell guests on arrival or leave an information pack in the rooms with this information?

Twice I was given a bedroom with a broken lock. I think you need to do some checks and repairs! This is not reassuring for guests.

Gym was not available any more but is still advertised. I think that's a bit unfair.

You could offer 'please do not disturb' hangers for room doors so housekeeping don't come in when guests are busy.

After a long flight , being checked in by Lucy was very efficient and relaxing . She's always ready to help and assisted me with alot of requests. The staff here are amazing !!!! Sandra is a star and always willing to go the extra mile to provide the client with best customer experience, she is very genuine and sometimes go out of her way to make sure you have a good time . She assisted me with safari tour, recommended going to carnivore restaurant and more . You can see Grace's smile through her mask and is very positive and makes you feel at home , this hotel has alot of character. Louis is very professional and always attentive to the client and probably should be a comedian too.
Restaurant staff Susan and Vivian again always had a smile and ever so friendly.
The housekeeping done a great job with cleaning the room and was done at an excellent standard.

The hotel itself is great and is comfortable , the mattress is very nice and I had a wonderful time being here.
Would defo recommend and would come again .

First of all, the members of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, anything I needed was immediately handled with ease. The breakfast buffet was great: a large selection of various types of food, plus you can request eggs cooked to order. Different types of coffees, teas, and juices are available, as well as a good number of pastries and fruit. There were always six to eight different hot dishes to choose from that included local food. Even though it was buffet style, the restaurant staff kept coming by the table to check on me and offering to get me something to drink. As to the room, it was very clean. Not only were nice towels available, but this is one of the few hotels around the world that provides nice, thick washcloths, which is much appreciated.

I checked in for my R&R, and from the sales staff (Jackie) to the manager, and staff from the restaurant to the lounge, the team is an encapsulation of hospitality at its top.
The food is great, fruits fresh for breakfast, and considerably higher standards of cleanliness and covid preparedness.
My room was nice and clean on 6th floor, with water, AC, great internet for video calls and comfortable bed.
Only con was the TV missing channels so only option was YouTube.
I would stay here again and again, checked out their conference facilities and they are amazing! Also IT staff on hand for all connectivity issues.
This is an awesome venue for your work and leisure needs. Highly recommend it.

Thank you Emory team, and for your pursuit of gender diversity, an extra +.

The Mrs. and I took the opportunity to have a night to ourselves away from the kids. The reception was as we expected... Temperature taken and hands sanitized before we were allowed entry.
Due to the low numbers, we had no issue with parking.

Hotel was a buzz due to a video shoot that morning. The following morning however was a different story, and showing how hit the hospitality industry is due to COVID-19.

The room was okay. Clean and well maintained. I would recommend you have a menu in the room if you have room delivery. The cable wasn't working. Understandbly so due to costs. However, we would have appreciated notice of this. The night's rest was okay. We would have preferred a harder mattress. Not sure if there is a provision for this.

Breakfast the following morning was delicious. The Mrs loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. We did enjoy our stay-cation
Kudos to the team. We shall return. 🙏

The hotel is absolutely comparable with good European standards. The rooms are modern and clean. The service is already very good at the reception and applies to all other areas as well. The food is good, even if the menu is a little limited for longer stays.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the bed was the the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept in and the room was spacious with plenty of storage space and very clean. I stayed for a week and ate in the restaurant and the bar: food was good in general and on the days we had early excursions we were given a packed breakfast to take with us. If I ever go to Nairobi again I would stay here. My only minor complaint is they we left money and postcards which one of the managers promised they would post for us… a month later and they still haven’t arrived so I doubt they were ever sent.

I spent approximately two weeks at the Swiss-Belinn in Nairobi on business. My colleague and I both experienced warm and friendly service from all levels of staff throughout our stay. It was like a "home away from home". We ate most of our meals there and they were excellent....cooked fresh and very tasty. The beds were comfortable indeed and the rooms always neatly maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nairobi.

Our experience at the Swiss Belinn Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. The moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted warmly by Faith at the front office who made check-in a breeze. The room was beautifully decorated with modern amenities and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delectable cuisine and impeccable service. Overall, our stay was memorable, thanks to the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Highly recommended!
