I would like to appreciate the lovely ladies at the reception, but t.v channels were not working my entire stay. Nothing was done about it. Management needs to do something about this. Very disappointed.
I booked this hotel from booking.com site for 7 days. checkin was fast, room was neat and clean bed was good. Location is good next to hotel shopping centre is there. Breakfast was good but with limited options. Staff is friendly and cooperative.
I have stayed at the Landmark suites several times for periods of 2 to 5 days. It was always during COVID 19 time. The room was sanitized and the staff used masks and gloves all the time. The service was always very polite and effective and the suites I had were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good beds. And literally 45 seconds walk from Westgate Shopping mall, and 5 minutes from other 2 malls, so the location is really convenient. I recommend it.
The Landmark Suites is an awesome place to reside when I am at Nairobi. I appreciate their service, quick actions to our needs and making us feel at home. My best wishes for the every staff of The Landmark Suites
Forget the restaurant. Food below terrible. No washing machine. Took away from before. So you need to pay crazy prices for washing. I stayed 10 days. Of which 4 cold water in the morning. Light on top of table never repaired since day one. Breakfast no butter but margarine. To cut it short the owner and manager save every shilling. Result terrible quality. And managers not qualified. Even treat you badly if you complain. Never again.to attract ppl at restaurant they now play at weekends live music. So loud u can’t rest. I asked to be moved. They said no. Even the hotel was almost empty cos of COVID. Even if u r Kenyan or resident prices are in dollars. So change every time. Never ever again
